Do not order from here! There was a cockroach at the bottom of our pasta and who knows what else I ate without noticing! the pizza was terrible and dry, and last time it gave me food poisoning for a week and a half! Finally had the strength to try again and first time back I get roaches! Almost no toppings and badly cut. Save yourself by going somewhere else! 🙁

What’s up with this location’s pizza’s? Everytime I order I get different stomach problems every time. Today the brown cashier with the middle part wouldnt speak up about the crust options so when I didnt understand for the second time he started to explain it to me like I’m a 5 yr old. When I came to pick it up he started talking to his coworker while laughing and looking at me. The pizzas was supposed to be pepperoni and sausage and I got one cheese and the other mostly sausage but 2 slices just cheese. That employee sealed it for me, I am NEVER buying from this location again.

We normally order from them, but lately the quality has really gone down hill. I just spent $80 with them and one of the pizzas, a Brooklyn, looks undercooked and must have been dropped at some point, it’s totally inedible as a pizza at the moment, it’ll have to get cold before we can pick it up and eat it. Very disappointed! I’d rather have something done right and takes a little longer, than it being RUSHED out the door and care not taken. I guess it’s time to start buying from the local pizza guys that put more energy into their product and service!

I ordered today 7/28/23 and I’ve always had my order on time and the DRIVER ALI was SUPER RUDE and told me my address wasn’t right even tho I’ve ordered the same address before and he told me he was on his way to give me my order and never came you lost a customer today and I hope you Fire Ali 1 star rating

It’s one thing to write out a review about the pizza at Domino’s Pizza. It’s more or less like writing a review of a McDonald’s burger. What about the other stuff? The things that the local employees have a little more artistic freedom in creating? At the Poway Domino’s, the employees clearly form their bread sticks by hand… Absolutely no doubt about it. (see pics) Maybe some employee re-training or quality control steps are overdue?

Ordered it online for a later time, got made and delivered right away. They made the wrong size pie as well. And cut it terribly, this location needs to do better. Ameel, the one who made the order, answered my phone call regarding that I made it for a later time and he laughed and said no I didn’t. Then asked if I want it or not. Not professional what so ever.

We ordered online and our pizza and garlic knott’s were ready within minutes. We checked in online and pizza pickup was contactless and quick. Food was good, but I think I would have been better ordering more pizzas (would have been cheaper than the one we bought) and having leftovers. My son and daughter wanted pizza and they were happy and that’s all that matters. Seemed fairly busy for deliveries even though it was late on a Thursday night but employees were super nice.
