I have never been more shocked by the absolute lack of customer service and just lack of general decency.. I ordered an order at 11:20 PM. My order was accepted into the system and it said it was beginning to be prepped.. After about 15 minutes however it’s changed statuses to “order canceled” Everywhere I saw from the door on the location to the hours on Google stated they would be open until 12:00. This is unfortunate, I didn’t get my pizza for the night. But life goes on. The reason I’m writing this review is because the gentleman inside the locked location treated me with the absolute and utmost disrespect. I was simply asking when I would get the money back that had already been taken from my credit card. Hes proceeded to yell “were closed and” and then he even stated “do you want me to call the cops?? Are you kidding me? I would have been fine with a simple “3 to 5 business days”.

I could copy and paste almost all of these reviews. They even failed to deliver one of my free pizzas that i had earned in the app and was told i couldn’t get the free pizza back when they canceled my order! That’s just great. I was told i could call them another time to order it again. Somehow, i have no confidence that they kept track of that and counted on me forgetting about it. Last night, after more than two hours and having called twice, i was told “oops somehow your order got canceled.”

Complete garbage. The employees were rude. I ordered a pizza at 7:57 pm through the app. I waited on the phone for 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer. I decided to go to the store and found out my order was just chilling there while the app said it was out for delivery for an hour and a half. I ask to get my food re made and the workers were upset. They made the excuse saying no one should believe what the app says. After arguing for a bit I decided to take my food. I get home and I was missing some items.

How is this place even open?! Twice we have tried ordering for delivery and twice they took my order and charged me and never completed the order. If you call they don’t answer the phone EVER. I have to fill out customer service forms online in order to get a refund because I can’t even talk to an employee at the store. I will never use a Domino’s pizza again because of this dump.

I ordered many time from this place and the last Saturday 4/22 ordered online went to pick up they lost my order I had to provide my email from them. To top it off they got it to me in 20 minutes so grab it drove to the party 10 miles away when we opened it wasn’t the pizza I ordered. Ordered delivery, items were missing, called store for a refund, “Jack” refused, so asked for a partial refund, and “Jack” hung up on me. Processing a chargeback with my bank now. Clearly no customer service training at this location. Save yourself from this kind of fraud and frustration and just order from the local Little Caesars or Round Table if you want cheap pizza delivered correctly.
