Great pizza! Seems like this Dominos is way better than other Dominos locations. I was actually totally surprised the very first time I ordered at this fairly new Alpine location. I foubd myself coming back often.I recommend you give it a try…You wont be disappointed.

Delicious pizza- best in town for sure however, nobody bothers to read the ordering instructions. I’ve ordered pizza at least once or twice a month and every time I put in uncut and well done. Today I even called and said please don’t cut the pizza, whomever answered repeated it back to me, I replied correct. Pizza arrives cut
The driver Jayden(very sweet) called the Manager- Dylan he tried to make it seem as if I messed up my own order- not the case simply because I ordered it the same way every time. At this point I will just go elsewhere to enjoy pizza. I don’t want it remade- just make it right the first time by reading the damn imstructions.

Called on Valentines Day asking if they could make heart shaped pizzas and was told they could. I placed the order online with the request and then did not see it on my order. I called to request the heart shape and was then told they were not doing it because they were too busy, and our food was already made. That was the whole reason we ordered from them as we wanted to do something special for our kids. Really disappointed in being misled, if I had known that we would have ordered from somewhere else.

Now 3 times I have gone in when it said it would be completed and the tracker says done and have had to wait 10-15 minutes longer. STOP Saying they are done on the tracker to make the metrics look better. Wait until it’s actually ready. One more time and I will stop getting pizza from here. Would rather drive down to the Main Street dominos.

This location always seems to mess up our orders. Multiple times now they make a pizza wrong when I order on the app. They usually give us the mess up for free which is nice since the extra wait…but tonight they did it again claiming they only received one pizza instead of the 2 I ordered. Made my father wait around with no compensation.

They give you curbside option on the app but they don’t actually have any curbside spots but when I got there I checked in on the app and I also called as I have never been to this location before and the gentlemen that I spoke with was so friendly and told me he would be right out with my food (which he was) and then quickly explained how customers usually park for curbside and told me it was his pleasure to help. Very nice customer service!

Called in, they said it will be 20-25 minutes. I show up 20 minutes later, my order says ready on the screen, I sit there for 25 minutes, then leave without a pizza. Great experience.

Well I won’t order from here again, took over an hour for a delivery for one medium pizza… then it was undercooked and just dough with meat and unmelted cheese, for $30 that is a freaking scam. How do you cook a pizza for an hour and the cheese isn’t even melted.

I have picked up pizza from this Dominos a few times already and every time has been great! I order through the app and when I go in to pick it up, it is always a friendly environment and I’m greeted with a smile. Each time, the same guy has welcome me in. I didn’t get his name but he always seems happy to help grab my order. The food is always delicious and exactly how I ordered. So glad to have another affordable pizza option in Alpine!
