I ordered 2 medium pizzas 1st problem, they were not thoroughly cut. The pieces were stuck together. There was too much sauce the pizza didn’t seem fully cooked but worst of all after I recut the pizza I took a bite and pulled a long HAIR out of the piece I bit into. Needless to say tonight pizza experience was over. I couldn’t eat any more. Won’t be ordering from here again

The worst customer service and quality of food that I have ever experienced at a fast food chain. First, I called to place an order and was hung up o. I called back and no apology was given for the call being disconnected.
Secondly, I picked up my order and the worst bbq wings were given to me. The wings barely had any sauce and when asked about the wings, the employee was rude and didn’t attempt to fix my issue. I will never give this establishment another penny. Please save your money and go somewhere else where your business is appreciated.

Domino’s Pizza is a delivery/carryout chain on 4th Street in Ontario, CA that offers a wide range of pizza, plus chicken and other sides. We order pizza online and then come here to get our pizza when it is ready to deliver. It’s a small but well-organized place where people usually come to carry out their pizza. Their pizza is good but pizza crust is thick and a bit dry. The price is reasonable. Their customer service is also good.

Went in for a pick-up order on a busy sunday, the young lady who first attended me was very friendly and polite and promptly handed me my order. However went i went back inside my car to double check my items i realized that they made a few mistakes on my order, i went back inside to return two pizzas that weren’t mine and they apologized & promptly remade me my correct pizza, even upgrading the size for the inconvenience. That’s all i could ever ask for, great customer service.

So delicious!! They have this great deal going on. 2 medium 1 topping pizzas, an order of parmesean bites, and cinnamon twists for $22. I added a typing on one pizza and ordered two 20oz drinks for $2.99 (another coupon) all for $36. After all taxes and fees!! Bomb!!!

So I ordered take out on Saturday right at 7:30pm on the app. Now usually I get a notification within minutes indicating someone is working on order which I did and said 22 min order estimate time. I get to the store at 8:02pm thinking my order was ready and it was not. It was a wreck at the store as I was not the only person waiting for orders and staff looked full I counted 10 personnel. I kept asking what was the delay usually dominos has a 30 min policy and employee said we are working on it. I waited 1 hour and 21 min for my order to be ready and the worse part they just rushed my pizza and when I asked for manager they said not available and we are busy. This was the outcome of a pizza when opened.

Stopped ordering from this location a year ago due to hair on our pizza three times, & a burnt crust.
Heard they’re better now.
This is not the case unfortunately.
They didn’t slice it all & upon delivery we took off for a gathering at a park. Had no knife to slice it with.
Total fiasco.
