I was getting pizza after a hard day at school, and the staff was just amazing off the charts they did a good job of taking my order and were very kind, and every time a customer entered they always said “Welcome to Dominos” a very warm entry. The food itself does not disappoint I ordered a medium-sized pepperoni pizza and when I got home and took the first bite you can taste all of the different things they put on them. Good service small wait times (10-15 minutes depending what it is) and overall delicious food. I would highly recommend coming to this Dominos establishment

The place was short-staffed when I came in but they still managed to keep their cool and be professional throughout. They were even okay with me cancelling since the order was gonna take longer than expected.

So I love this emergency pizza they had available. The best part was that it was free. I’m not sure if that was/is available to everyone or not, but I definitely do appreciate it when I’m in a time crunch!!

Had previous service that was superb. Except my last order they took 3 HOURS to deliver my pizza! My pizza tracker told me it was delivered but saw nothing at my doorstep. When I called, the girl told me it means whoever is delivering it is already on their way (trying to cover her a**). Suddenly my tracker updates to some OTHER driver and that they barely left the store. They probably forgot my order and once I called they hurried up. I would rather just have them be honest than lie to me. The pizza was very cold when it was delivered. I wanted to get a refund but I was too annoyed to go over there and get mad. I consider myself to be pretty patient because I know how tough customer service can be, but 3 hours is unacceptable. I’ll stick to Papa Johns.

This restaurant in Ontario has extremely bad service. It deserves no stars. And they know they are not making their customers orders on time because they don’t answer the phone. We ordered over an hour ago. The app said it would be delivered 25 min ago. The quality check was done 35 min ago. Do you think we are going to get a hot fresh pizza, no! Who ever runs this store should be fired! This is the second time this happens! And the last time the so called manager said they were trying and drivers called out. Do you think I care about that? That’s your job to fix that. You obviously don’t know what you are doing!
