My credit card information was stolen, and a fraudulent transaction was processed at this Domino’s Pizza location.
What is especially concerning is that the transaction was completed by manually entering the credit card number, not by chip, swipe, or tap. This immediately raises serious questions about payment security and fraud prevention procedures.
I cannot confirm whether any internal staff were involved, but if a card number was manually entered by an employee, what verification steps were taken to confirm the cardholder’s identity?
Was there any identity or fraud check at all?
The facts are simple:
My credit card was compromised
The unauthorized charge occurred at this store
The card number was manually keyed in
I have already reported the fraud to my credit card company, but I feel obligated to warn other customers:
Be extremely cautious when using your credit card at this location.
There appears to be a serious vulnerability in how card information is handled.
Management should take this issue seriously and conduct a proper internal review, rather than dismissing it as an isolated incident.

For Domino’s Pizza this one is definitely one of the better ones. The pizza always comes out amazing and their staff is super friendly. I typically always get the pan pizza. I enjoy this one well done with some added garlic. Great place that is reasonable to feed you and a few for a cheap.

Worst experience ever! They messed up my order and gave me the complete wrong pizza! They gave me someone else’s pizza! I asked them to deliver a new one to me and they told me I had to pay their delivery charge of $6 plus tip! I told them I would tip their driver for his time and they still refused to help. They kept saying I have to bring it back for a refund or exchange. After their lack of empathy to help get me a new pizza I asked for refund for their cheap pizza and I told them I would send a photo of the disgusting pizza they gave me to prove it was their mistake and they still refused to help. They kept stating I have to bring it back to them, so I have to waste my time and gas for their mistake! That’s complete non-sense, not my fault at all so why do I have to be punished and waste my time and gas to get a refund for their mistake! Do not waste your time here if they make a mistake you will have to correct it for them and they will not help you. I will never go here again and will drive out of my way to go anywhere else but here. Does the photo look like sausage, pepperoni, onions and banana peppers? Nope!

Food service should be to the customer’s standard not to corporate standards. Flat out refusing to even charge me for a drizzle, which used to be offered, just because it’s not something they normally do. Do y’all normally put anchovies on pizza? If you have the means to accommodate the customer then it should almost always be done in food service.
