We ordered pizza at 9pm for delivery but we didn’t receive our order at all. We call at the 45 min mark and turned out Dominos oven shut off and didn’t make our order. We had to call them because They didn’t even tell us or call us about not making our order. Absolutely terrible. Will not order from her again.

There was no option for zero stars. Our family will never order from them again. First and foremost the person on the phone could not understand when taking to him. I spelled my address and phone number over and over. It took me a good 15 minutes to place the order and they still got it all wrong. I called to complain, they offered me complimentary wings. I don’t want your wings I want a correct order.

I haven’t ordered from Dominos in a while because the Bouquet Canyon store was disappointing but I ordered from the Newhall Ranch store today and the pizza was delicious! Piping hot and perfectly made! I have to praise our delivery man John for being absolutely delightful…the best delivery person I have ever had!!! Ordered pizza but couldn’t deliver the pizza- false advertisement. Said they are open until 1am but couldn’t deliver by 10pm. Tip greedy- don’t deliver unless they get fat tips- They need to get new employees- I don’t fully tip on order- I up the tip when delivery is completed.

Giving one star is also a waste based on my experience here. I was coming from Costco on 17 Jul 2019 at 7:30 pm and have called the store to place an order for Pizza. Our phone number had been registered in the system and we usually get the same deal every time. We have been going to this place for the last 2 years. The guy who picked up the phone was so arrogant, and his response was so reckless when requested to place an order for pizza with our regular deals ( 2 medium 2 topping for ~13.6 dollars or 1 large pizza for 7.99). His response to my request was go online. when i have tried to do it over phone, the process was not that user friendly. I have gone to the store and mentioned about the regular deals. My kids were hungry and waiting to eat food. just I imagine to wait 20 more minutes and also not getting the regular deal we get.

sometimes, their delivery can be ok, but way too many times have i had terrible services with this place. their online tracker is completely inaccurate to the point of my food coming an hour late. i understand being busy, but its quite annoying to again and again believe my food is supposed to be delivered at a certain time only to have to wait 30mins-hour more. whenever i call to express that my food has taken an hour to arrive, all they can say is “its on the way now”. if it was only just on the way, not actually tell me that online instead of leaving me wondering until i finally call?
