We all know how the food is, we go for cost and convenience.
Bad experience, bad service.
No follow through on promise to redeliver a pizza, kept promising it was out of the oven and on the way. We finally canceled as we needed to eat.
No followthrough on refund which they agreed to.
We tried to give them another chance but they didn’t even add our store credit which they offered, we didn’t ask for it.
I really hope you get it right but it won’t be us giving you business.

If I could give zero stars I would . Delivery driver shows up rings bell then leaves with pizza lol what a joke. Manager has no customer service skills and just lied to cover up the horrible delivery guy. Worst pizza delivery service in the area. I rather have a frozen pizza! Never again

The ABSOLUTE WORST pizza and chicken! Literally could have purchased 2 frozen pizza’s and boneless chicken from WalMart deli and it would have been more appetizing and 1/3 rd the cost of this $73 horror meal. First pizza, they cut into 2×2 square pieces like crackers (we ordered regular pizza). Second pizza, we ordered was NY style w/ extra cheese, no other topping. We got NO extra cheese on pizza (barely regular) and what we did get was burnt to a crisp. Crust was like someone played baseball with the dough, hard, rough and OLD! Chicken was cold in center, melted cheese NO buffalo sauce. It’s fast food pizza, we don’t expect gourmet in the least, but we do expect it to be edible! Can’t believe they even let it out the door…………….

Domino’s pizza is indeed an emergency pizza. Delivery was fast, pizza was good, but I was disappointed that the garlic sauces that I paid for weren’t in the bag. I phoned the store about the missing garlic sauces and they had them delivered. They need to double-check their deliveries to avoid this from happening again.

I ordered for delivery Tuesday evening. My wings came plain without the buffalo sauce on top that I had ordered online. I called 4 times, and I was listening to the ring for a good 2-3 minutes. I’m pretty sure they hung up on me the third time. I decided to try with my friend’s phone and within a minute of it ringing, they picked up on the first call. When I told this story to my coworker, she said the same thing had happened to her too and when she called on a different number than the one connected to her account, they picked up immediately. Anyways, I explained the situation. They did not apologize and offered to deliver the correct order of wings but said it would take 40 minutes. I’m just disappointed with the service and order issue because I was hosting a party and didn’t need this extra inconvenience/stress, especially the lack of customer service skills 🙁 I’m ordering from toppers from now on (way more reliable and great customer service).

Not a happy customer. Yesterday I did not receive the Mac and cheese I ordered. I called and was told they can’t come back so they gave me a store credit. Today I used the credit. My delivery took an hour and the guy at the door was so rude and demanded a $3 tip I couldn’t believe it. I wish I caught his name but I didn’t. Whomever you were delivering my order @8:20 on a Sunday evening just remember you are not valued unless your deserving.
