Just moved here and my husband and I go to Dominos at least once a month. So far this place is better than the one in Long Beach we would go to. When we order “extra” of anything they absolutely add extra which is wonderful. In the past when we’ve ordered “extra” from other locations we’ve been disappointed since it does add money. However we’ve ordered 3 times from this location and they have made delicious pizzas with zero disappointment and zero problems. Staff is very friendly also, they held the door open for us when we left with our pizzas. Recommend this location!! Only thing is parking is weird. We park behind the building in a small hidden parking lot to run in to pick up. Besides the parking this location gets a 10/10!

Terrible staff, I ordered a plain pizza & I was present at the place, thus, I asked specially to not burn the crust! She promised me too but I drove home and suddenly put the charcoal crust on table…really frustrated, I called the store and she promised me to bake another one better, therefore, I drove to the place again and what we see was worst than expected! I will not try this store again and I don’t recommend anyone else to do, so they should learn to respect customers directions not what they like to do.

Been coming here for years and just had 1 wrong order so they’re doing a great job. Looks like they mixed up my pizza with another customer. Just check before you walk walk away/driver leaves to make sure. I had tasteless Dominos from some other locations, but this location never has let me down.

(Four stars instead of five because no one is perfect, lol.) I always get good service from them, the delivery drivers are professional and courteous, and only rarely is there an issue (last time I ordered, my marbled brownies were a little burnt, but they were super busy that night, so I forgive them; one time they forgot the Sprite I ordered, but the driver realized it as soon as he arrived and insisted on going back to the restaurant and getting it for me and coming back to deliver it). I’ve been a regular of theirs for years. This is a really good location to order from and the staff is just great!

What happened to the hand tossed crust at Dominos Montrose? The last two pizza’s that we ordered had crusts that tasted like cardboard. This is also the review of the “new” New York pizza crust that we tried. These all were dry and a sad representation of once delicious pizzas.

Every time I order here, I am always satisfied. Great customer service, presentation, and they are always so fast with their deliveries. The delivery drivers always arrive before their suggested eta.
