It’s always the same issue with them. As a ex General manager of a dominos for 4 years in North Hollywood . I would make five star pizzas and teach my staff to make them as well. They have the nerve to look me in the eyes and say that’s proper portion when some slice don’t even have toppings . Pizza has a red edges automatic remake by domino standards. I told the staff and they gave me jalapeños. Because it didn’t have none to begin with. Hey dominos corporate, you should Oer this store . Wouldn’t be surprised if it was a 1 star store or zero

This is probably the speediest, most cordial, and friendliest dominos EVER. I’m so glad they opened this one near my house.. Everytime I come in for my carry out order, I’m always greeted by Doug and Angeline’s warm smiles. Their customer service is out of this freaking WORLD, too. I’ve never walked into a dominos and walked out with a smile Doug and Angeline make sure I leave with one every time!!! Thank you guys for making my experience ordering awesome all the time. Disclaimer: This review is because of a culmination of excellent customer service AND product freshness experiences. The last 5 times I’ve ordered from dominos has been through this new store on broadway l, and each time was a better experience than the last. DO NOT EAT HERE OR ORDER! EXTREMELY RUDE ASIAN MAN took my order and told me it would be delivered by 12:00am to 12:30am and I would receive real time tracking text messages . I received no texts or calls . Now it’s 12:53 am just called the store and the automated service said my order was canceled!!!! EXTREMELY RUDE ! Now I’m starving and I need to find food else where.

My boyfriend surprised me with dominos, when I told him it was my favorite pizza spot. Order came, but wasn’t exactly up to par. (pizza frozen and other mistake) he called them and instantly fixed it! Very pleased with the quality and customer service!!!

I would give this specific Domino’s location 10 stars if I could. The pizza is always hot, fresh, delicious, and timely. The service is stellar, and they are genuinely kind, courteous, and efficient. This was the first time we picked up the pizza. So, it was nice to see them in action. Typically, we get our pizza delivered from this location on holidays, so it was a nice change of pace. Very unorganized staff. I noticed one staff member overwhelmed while the others didn’t seem to know what they were doing. They need a manager or maybe the store owner present to make sure things get handled correctly. I ordered online and upon arriving I was handed my order by the a female staffer. She had the receipt in her hand and handed me my boxes and bag with my salad. I ASSUMED since she had my receipt in her hand and she looked at it that my order was correct. I should not have assumed and I SHOULD HAVE double checked. Upon getting home I realised MY WHOLE ORDER WAS WRONG. All wrong except my Salad. I couldn’t believe it. She checked my receipt and still got all 3 other items wrong. The pizza was wrong..and instead of the 2 orders of chicken wings, I was given bread. How can you mix chicken and bread up??? I drove back to the store and the one staffer that seemed to be doing all the work immediately gave me my correct order. I wanted a refund but didn’t ask for it and instead just took my items and left. Tge chicken wings were NOT good. Definitely not worth the $40 I paid. One star for the Pizza that was OK.
