Hadn’t eaten at Domino’s for quite a few years, but decided to try their stuffed crust pizza. Ordered two medium pizzas. One came out a bit pale and not very structurally sound, a bit floppy for a standard slice. Everyone got their slices, and it did seem like it needed a few more minutes in the oven.
When I went for the crust on the last slice, I noticed the dough was stretching and peeling as I tried to pull it apart — undercooked. I called the store to let them know, and the employee tried to gaslight me, acting as if I was to blame for having four toppings on it. Apparently, “the garlic makes it soggy.” I reiterated that it wasn’t soggy — it was underbaked.
He chuckled and said he would call his supervisor and get back to me. I never received a call back, so I called again. I was told he had just clocked out at 7:39 p.m. When I asked for his name, the person hesitated and said she didn’t think she could give it out, then proceeded to tell me his name was Jason.
For the record, in the photos, that’s raw dough — not cheese. Needless to say, it’ll be many more years before I eat at Domino’s again. If you order from this location, don’t put too many toppings or any garlic on your pizza, because they apparently don’t know how to adjust cooking times. And remember — it’s your fault.

Is it that hard to cut thin crust pie cut instead of squares. I request this every time but they never read the ticket and just cut it squares. Train your staff right Dominos.

I used to never be a Domino’s pizza guy, I liked Pizza Hut. Not anymore. Unless I’m the mood for Costco pizza I will come here (as long as there’s a good deal, which there always seems to be). That’s been the case for at least the past 6 years.
Service here and the quality and taste of the pizzas has been consistently good here. So far I’ve only tried thin crust, hand tossed, and pan pizza (maybe current favorite. I have tried stuffed crust or the New York style—at least not yet.
In the event I have an underwhelming or unexpectedly bad experience, I feel confident it will be made right.

I ordered delivery 2 lg pep pizzas with 1/2 pep on 1 pizza plus small order of BBQ wings bone in and they only got the pizza for 48 when I called bk the guy said I didn’t order what I specifically asked for! I only eat chicken wings from here and the pizza for my children so when he told me I was wrong it took me by surprise because he didn’t want to help fulfill my order … They need to get someone who can get the orders correct

The pizza was fresh out of the oven and soggy, the wings were soggy as well. Felt like throwing up. Something changed. Made frozen wings and pizza taste so much better. Truly a revolting experience. My son loves pepperoni but he wanted to give the pie away to the homeless man at 711. It belonged in the dumpster. Really really disgusting. I used to love Domino’s. Now I am scared to try my luck again. Maybe they made it special for me wih my name and zero tip. Glad I gave no tip for carryout. God awful food. I am not that picky, but this was the absolute worst Dominos experience. My wife felt nausea after one wing and half a slice. I want to curse out loud how bad it was. Truly memorable for years to come.

Ordered a delivery ahead of time took an hour longer than it was supposed too. Also what’s up with the garbage ai customer service? You literally can’t talk to anyone at the store just the same ai robot voice over. I’d give zero stars if I could.

After waiting 2 hours for my order to not be delivered, I called the store and they hadn’t even started making the pizzas. The kids were hungry, I was hungry, so we had no choice but to find something else to eat. So disappointed in dominos again.

The worst pizza delivery experience I’ve had in quite a long time. Can’t fault the people working there, seems to be a skeleton crew on a Friday night, but only learned that after talking on the phone with one of the employees after waiting outside for 30 minutes from receiving the app notification that it was out for delivery, only to check after waiting and waiting to see I still had an ETA that was 20 minutes out. Terrible ownership of this franchise to be so understaffed on a Friday night. Never had this issue at Pizza Hut. Might be time to change back. I’m all about service. I don’t care that my kids like Dominos better. Want to keep my business? DO BETTER.
If you are a parent in an active family constantly on the go with sports, scouts, school, etc, then I’d recommend not choosing Dominos apparently. Just wanted pizza after a long day on the go with school, work, and scouts, no time for dinner before, and this driver is nowhere near in sight 46 minutes now after the app told me it was out for delivery.
Do yourself a favor and just stop to eat somewhere else. I will be from now on.
And btw, still no pizza after waiting, calling, talking, and now posting this. Still. Yeah. Not going back. Keep your points.
Edit on 09/24/25 Had the family ask me to order dominos for one of their tv deals they saw. Really didn’t want to, but it’s been almost a year, so I thought why not? Order came in hot and fast. Was very surprised and pleased. Then as the guy was leaving and I was almost inside, I feel the bottom box has a dented in bottom. Toppings smashed against the inner lid. Sigh. There are no 3rd chances. Bye Dominoes.
