Well i placed 2 orders i askes for a bag he refused he did open the door for me I would have left the review alone but they forgot the forks and walking home i dropped my salad and my bread bites… thankfully salad was wrapped and bites in a box… but this should tell employees something when someone asks for a bag with different sized boxes its common sense afterall

The worse experience ever, the manager is rude and of course refused to provide his bosses information.
Our bowl has cardboard in it, I called to just get it corrected and was rude told me he “cut the order” himself (not sure why you cut pasta). I asked for his noses info and he said you saint getting nothing and hung up

Ordering online is ok, they don’t know how to read the orders or follow requests, so if you want a little Caesars experience, this location will suit your needs.
Update: if you want to be disrespected and cheated out of something simple like included dipping sauces, this is your location. If you call them out or ask them to look at the ap, Samuel chimes in with a not so friendly, “have a good night boss.” Add extra cheese to your pizza, its not there. Franchise owner is nickel and diming to make more off the deals in the ap and online.

Embarrassing. They put wax paper down and completely missed the box and dumped the garlic knots on anyways. No wonder my box leaked butter everywhere. Not only that. My box clearly has my order on it. Hand tossed pepperoni and bacon. I got a thin crust cheese. This is why they’ll never get anywhere further than working at a pizza shop.

This is the worst pizza ordering experience I’ve ever encountered. Their customer service is lacking and their ability to make a basic pizza and deliver it on time sucks. I ordered one medium pizza for my kids for lunch while I ran an errand. I set the delivery time for 12pm so it would get there in time for lunch. I made it home before the pizza did. It arrived 45 min late. The driver was rude and when we took the pie inside to finally eat, we found that it had been ruined in the 50 min it sat in homeboys car and was practically inedible. When I called to request a refund, Samuel, who answered was unapologetic and refused to give me my money back. I will never order from here again.

Terrible customer service. I’ll never order from this location again. The manager was rude. The guy couldn’t find one of our pizzas because it was in a delivery bag. The manager yelled at me and another customer for just standing in the lobby. We both had already paid and they were trying to find both orders. I ordered one pizza well-done but it was overcooked and the dough was dry and crumbling. Again, terrible service.

I ordered a pizza on the Domino’s App. and it took them 45 minutes to deliver. The pizza was cold, and then the guy wouldn’t give us the pizza. He needed to count the money.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Pizzas orders were being “quality checked” for over 16 minutes before then being listed as out for delivery. 30 minutes later, it said the pizzas were delivered and the order complete, yet there were no pizzas on my porch. Manager Heidy was called. She complained she was super busy and short staffed and that pizza was delivered 10 minutes prior…. just as delivery driver pulls up as I am standing outside and hands me the pizzas. She tells me to speak with corporate and then hangs up. I take pizzas inside and find one whole pizza is the wrong pizza. I call back and ask for a refund. She says I can’t get one until the delivery driver comes back and picks up ALL the pizzas. I say fine. She says 15 minutes. 25 minutes later, delivery driver calls and says he’s on his way to pick up pizzas, but in his 20 years of delivering pizzas, he has never been told by a manager to go back and pick up pizzas for a refund. Told him don’t bother, I’ll deal with “corporate” and Heidy’s mismanagement and poor customer service the next day. I think I will be using Pizza Hut from now on since Heidy’s inability to correctly quality check a pizza over the course of 16 minutes and still not get the correct pizza AND then still lacks sufficient customer service skills probably means that everything everything at this store is going to be piss poor. Does this picture look like a Meatzaaa pizza with pineapple?

Their EBT machine is supposedly “not working” and it hasn’t been for MONTHS! I truly believe that it’s a ploy to discourage those that are less fortunate to be customers *smh*
