They’ve messed up my order, twice! The first time I ordered a pizza and wings and got pizza and tater tots. Since I ordered it on the website, I submitted a report and they sent me a deal for a free pizza. Cool.
A few days later, I order a new pizza (the free one) and wings. What do I get?! Pizza and freaking garlic rolls!

I have no idea why but they are always messing up my order. When they deliver the food, they always deliver half of the order. The delivery driver can never get it right. When I called the store to inform them this last time that they forgot three items the manager said that they could credit me my money back or deliver the food. I asked them to deliver the food and he literally took a deep breath on the phone like I was asking him to personally deliver the food to me.

Just ordered a pizza. I ordered a pan pizza with easy sauce, extra cheese an pepperoni. This is the pizza I came home with. Called the store the store and the general manager he’s rude. He said he personally made my pizza and it was made correctly. He said if I wanted a new pizza I had to take the one pizza back. I explained I was unable to take it back as to I didn’t have a car. No sympathy. He said well if I deliver it to you I’ll charge you a delivery fee. Charging me for his mistake I don’t understand. I said I wouldn’t pay the fee but I’d send back the incorrect pizza he said he couldn’t help me. For a company that prides themselves on being good to their customers they need better screenings for their employees. Their customer service needs a lot of work.

My first time at this Dominos and the pizza was pretty good… I’m just real big on customer service and this Dominos was very lacking… The employees were horsing around and just being plain unprofessional with a customer sitting in the store.. The only female in the store was on her cellphone at the cash register!! I guess as long as the pizza was good should be what matters…

Long time customer but recently their quality is getting sooo bad. Either pizza is not fully cooked or toppings are missing or toppings are not proportionately placed or they put all in the center of the pizza. Manager is rude and cannot take responsibility and asking me to call their corporate office for any complaints.

Staff here seem to be careless with orders. They have either make the pizza with very little cheese or take longer to deliver the order after the app tracking says it had already been made 20 minutes ago and tracking is showing the driver driving so slow it takes them another 25 minutes for a 10 minutes distance. Just for it to be missing cheese and cold, what’s the point of tipping ahead!?

I ordered online at 6:30 p.m. for a pick-up order. Order was to be ready in 14 -16 min. I got there at 7:00 and they haven’t even started prepping!
I asked the kid there to speak to a manager and he said he couldn’t give out his/her name and said he, Miguel Jr, was acting manager for now.
I will not be back. It finally was ready at 7:13 pm.

Ordered through the app for carryout and to hand it to me on my driver side. I followed the instructions and after it said it was “ready” I waited there for 10 minutes and no one came out. I went inside and told them the issue of me waiting and the guy stated I had to do it through the app for that service and I told him I did and followed the instructions with my hazards lights on and he just shrugged his shoulders. I’ve never had this issue before and the service was terrible. Also, the pizza was not hot due to waiting for a while for someone to bring out my pizza. Never again I’m I ordering from this place.
