Just moved to a house in La Mirada. Wanted to celebrate with a tasty pizza. I called in after the first hour passed and Adrian said that there was only 1 car available and he’s sending 3 pizzas out at a time and that the driver is old and slow. A full 1 hour and 40 minutes later, I finally got my 2 pizzas but they forgot a topping I paid for. I used to live in the ghetto. For the price, can’t beat it. A combo at a fast food restaurant will cost more than a pizza which you can eat off of a cool 3 times. After trying their pasta, they lose 2 stars. Overcooked and the amount was very little, can make my own and it would be way better than this. It tastes like it was microwaved for too long. Don’t provide online deals just to rip us off.

Ordered the chicken bacon sandwich and I got whatever this is! 15 bucks for rock hard bread, a burnt rubbery piece of cheese and a few burnt crumbs of bacon! What happened to this sandwich!? I ordered 3 pizzas at 8:27pm. The tracker said my order was delivered. I tried calling and and the phone just rang. I was waiting for someone to pick up for 15 min. Never picked up. I got in my car to drive over to the restaurant to talk to someone about my order since they would not answer my call. I was finally contacted by the delivery at 9:41pm. I had him get the manager on the phone since they would not pick up for me. I tried to tell her about my experience and she cut me off saying she was busy. This is the customer service provided at this Dominoes La Mirada Manager on Thursday night July 15, 2021. I hope Dominoes looks into this and addresses this. I am telling you no apology or acknowledgement of anything. She did not offer a solution, discount, nothing. I asked her name informing her I was going to follow through about this. She stated ” I do not have to give you my name” and refused to provide it.

Ordered for pickup. They said ready in 15. Came back 20 minutes later, they said come back in 30… An hour later I am in my dining room eating little Caesars pizza, and I get a text saying my Dominos order is ready for pickup. Oh well, maybe I’ll try Dominos again in another decade or so.

If you want to wait an hour only to have to your order cancelled without any type of notice then order from this dominos. I put in my order and was called immediately saying that it was going to be an hour wait but that my order was being made. I waited and after an hour I called the dominos and never got an answer after being on hold for 15 minutes. It’s now 20 minutes till close. This has not been the first time this specific dominos has done this to me which is why I’m even writing this review. Thanks for the poor customer service Dominos.
