No cheese, no sauce, raw pizza! 21.00 for piece of raw bread. The staff could care less. The tracker indicated the pizza was ready, but still made us wait 20 minutes for the worst pizza. No accountability at all!

We came to dine in because we wanted the special for $6.99 two topping pizza. Turns out, you have to do this online. Not only that, because we are in Whittier, they charge an extra $1. Our total ended up $8.83. Also, turns out that they didn’t get our order and it took almost 40 minutes for our pizza. Sadly, nobody said sorry or apologize for not placing our order at the original time we placed the order. The staff was not friendly. Will definitely go to a Domino’s in La Habra or Brea.

I asked the lady who assisted me if they have that promo for the price of $7.99 but she said they don’t have. So she gave me a price for medium pizza
for $14.00. So I ordered and pay. For some reason my order take more that

of business. The whole time she was prawning.

When I placed my order, I was told that my food was going to be delivered at 7pm. At 7pm it said that the order was “complete” and to “enjoy the food” insinuating that it was delivered but it was not. I called the store and was on hold for over 24 minutes, so I drove to the store. The manager, Jennifer, answered as I was parking and when I explained my situation – she just said “umm I’m on my break right now” and did not offer any help. I walked inside and the worker said she would not end break for 5 more minutes. I waited and she did not come out. I asked the worker how much longer and he talked to her and she had said “a few more minutes”. Ordering for delivery was a waste. When I was waiting in store the phone was constantly ringing and they did not answer any calls. Jennifer did not have good customer service. The worker offered a free drink to compensate for the inconvenience however the damage was already done. This was the worst experience through Domino’s and I have been ordering from here for years.

I’ve been a customer for about 8years now but what I’m about to say might be the only time but today we ordered tre medium pizza as we always do. Not gonna lie they are always the best but today they were specially small compared to other times, you could eat a slice in two bites. I don’t really know if it was only me and only this time but that just made me rethink about just going somewhere else for pizza. I could try the large size or the bigger size but honestly they are getting pretty bland and tasteless. People is always nice and service is nice as always tho

Service was super cool. Dominos is my least favorite pizza and I’ve passed on it even when hungry. I ordered it for someone else and tried a bit of it. The crust was a no but the toppings were really delicious.
Everyone loved it and it was soon gone. This location has seating which I’ve never seen at a dominos.

First time using the app to place a order and after reading a lot of bad reviews about this store,decided to give it a try anyways.because not everyone has the same experience.so we tracked our order through the app and when everything was complete we went and picked it up.when I walked in (this was around noon or so) the girl was alone and there were a lot of orders coming in but thankfully ours was ready and I was in and out in a few minutes.i didn’t get her name but hopefully her day got a lil easier and steady.everything was good and correct
