The customer service at this establishment was unsatisfactory. Upon my arrival, the cashier (male) was speaking with the cook while facing away from me, which was not an issue. However, after turning around, the cashier resumed a phone conversation without acknowledging my presence as I waited to be greeted. I was patient, assuming the call was work-related, but once the call ended, the cashier walked away from the register without greeting me or offering any form of acknowledgment. I had to call out to get his attention and express that his behavior was discourteous, asking whether he had noticed me standing there. His response was, “You’ve been standing here for about five seconds,” which was inaccurate, check the cameras. Even if that had been the case, it would have been appropriate for him to acknowledge me and courteously ask for a moment while completing his call. Overall, the interaction was unprofessional and left a poor impression.

I come here with my mom regularly (as and for years) and came here with my boyfriend once and they burned our pizza. Then, they gave it to us cold. (Mind you, we ordered in advance over the phone) We asked them if they could warm up our pizza and the guy at the front replied to him with “you’re back?” Like as if they don’t want us coming back in to have our orders fixed. If you’re looking for your pizza to be made right the first time AND warm, do not come to this location. The crust on our pizza was literally black, and the parking lot is DISGUSTING. We threw away our pizza as soon as we left the parking lot.
Again, my mom and us just bought a pizza and the dudes in the back making pizzas were rating my mom and sister out of 10. This is incredibly uncalled for and inappropriate. We will not be returning to this location.

Should be no stars .I ordered food for my god kids at 9:26 pm online Called was on hold for over a hour . did not get order until after 11:25pm when driver got here he called laughing saying this is domino”s with delivery did not bring order to door had to go get it from his car .Then he stated they only have one driver I kindly explained to him that they should have called and stated that .Food was cold and crust was hard will not order from this location again bad service all the way around

I got food poisoning and threw up from this place. Not only did they give me that, but they got my order wrong in the first place. I shouldve known not to go in there with the roaches all around. Dominos will never see me again.

The driver never came I sat outside my apartment the entire time , the manager (velma ) never came to the phone . Even if he did call he never approached the building and the gate doesn’t need a code so I never got my pizza thank god I only had cash this time no accountability was taken I was told it was my fault this is the worst ive Ever been treated

Only one person was working, only two customers in line including myself, I was also late by 10-20 minutes to pick up the food and it still took another 10 minutes to pickup the pizza. Door was not easily seen. Friendly staff though and good pizza . Just my opinion.

Gotta give the local Domino’s some love. 398 reviews and only 3.2 stars I dunno… I order pickup from here regularly and the pizza is consistently ready within 15 minutes. The order is accurate, the pizza is baked with care and it’s HOT. I do not like that they charge $.50 for even 1 side like ranch, but that helps me keep some at home which is better for my future self anyway. Keep it up!
