Got a call from them after I made my order online. Then they called me from a number I didn’t recognise asking if I can verify my address. I asked the person on the other line how I could be sure they are dominos before I give them my address. The guy on the other line just cancelled to threaten my order, it was terrible service with no acknowledgment that my hesitation was reasonable. Luckily I was smart enough to look up the number of the nearest dominos to see if it matched while this guy was being difficult and it did match, so then I happily gave him the address. I’ve never been called to verify my address when the restaurant has the address from the online order, seems redundant and a waste of time. Also, in this day and age of online scamming you have to be careful. Please update your training for your employees.

I just have to give a huge shoutout to the amazing staff at this Domino’s location! Every time I order for pickup, the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious—prepared super fast and exactly how I like it. The team here is consistently professional, kind, and welcoming, which makes all the difference. I really appreciate their great attitude and service. The last two times I picked up, I didn’t have tip money on me (sorry!), but I’ll definitely make it up to them next time. They’re absolutely worth it. Thank you all for being awesome!

After making several orders previously and paying for “double” and “extra” onions and NEVER getting even a normal portion off onions on my pizza, I called the restaurant to ask if they could make sure that they would do this on this occasion. The manager came on the phone (Ernest) and basically told me that because the onions are white, they cannot be seen under the cheese. He refused to use any customer service skills (obviously he didn’t have any) to try and accommodate my request. He just deflected then blamed me and said I couldn’t see them. How about tasting them Ernest ?? He made excuses saying he had been there for over 10 years and NEVER had any complaints. Obviously Ernest was lying, looking at the reviews below. I don’t seem to be the only one having experienced a bad time along with a bad attitude. Keep away, I will be from now on! As you can see from the last Pizza I ordered (paying for double onions) your lucky if you can spot the odd one.

A guy called pedro working there in the morning had cancelled my online order when i showed up cuz i had no ID on me. Mind you, i ordered a $10 pizza. When i came back with ID he held it like he was a bouncer at a club. REDICOLOUS

The short older Spanish guy who walked out to do the curbside delivery service, was not professional nor “welcoming” in his “energy”. He didn’t even have a name tag on for me to identify him. After I drove up and clicked my phone button to notify them I was here for pickup of my pizza, the short Spanish older man, walked out to my car, and just kinda “shoved” the pizza and chicken at my car window and said “Alex?? Here.” And he walked off. He didn’t even wait a few minutes to make sure everything was good with my order. I didn’t like how unprofessional that came off and his lack of no care shown. He just kinda “tossed” the pizza at me and left.
