Huge shout out to my local Domino’s on Soto/Whittier in East Los Angeles! They looked amazing in their Halloween costumes and brought so much joy to all the customers walking in. I did a pick up order around 5pm for the Dodger game and the whole team had the best energy! They were cheerful and all working super hard. You can tell it was crazy busy but that did not stop them from providing excellent customer service! Five stars to them for being AMAZING

They never seem to get my order right. This is the third time that I have complaint to corporate about them messing up my orders. Today actually I used my three free pizza credits I had because they messed up my order last time and again I didn’t get the ingredients I wanted in one of the pizzas. The girl that took my order over the phone also repeated my order back to me and she recited my order correctly but I didn’t get what I ordered. I will not be ordering from this place again because they can’t seem to get their it together.

Horrible customer service . Had to wait while until the noice me standing there and even then they waited to help me the first guy was so nice but the girl would not give me a sauce I was 4 cents sort and left my purse in the car will never come back.

I’ve ordered here about 4 times and I order extra cheese on my pizza every time. They skimp on the cheese so I have to ask them to redo it. They fixed it once but the other times they made it the same way so I just get my money back instead. It’s just this location where they skimp on ingredients. Worst of all the trays that the dough comes on are left outside on the dirty floor in the parking lot. Shown below are the trays
