To begin with, the order came incorrectly. I ordered 3 large pizzas 1. Pepperoni & Jalapeño 2. Pepperoni & Sausage 3. Pepperoni and what I received was 1. Pepperoni & jalapeño 2. Cheese 3. Cheese. Also, the pizza that came correctly (Jalapeño & Pepperoni) had a hair.
In addition, I called the store to let them know that the pizza was delivered incorrectly & they showed no type of sympathy. They said and I quote “well that’s how it was placed online” which I know is incorrect because I’ve done orders online multiple times with no issue. I told them “can you pick up the pizzas and replace it with the correct order, it hasn’t been touched” & she responded with “ I will have to charge you extra”. Why should she have to charge me extra? Then they said “We can pick up all the pizzas and refund you” Absolutely not! That’s not the point! I don’t care about getting refunded or the money! What I care for is to have the problem resolved and the order corrected!
Finally, I asked the girl for her name and she said “I don’t feel comfortable giving you my name” and I said “aren’t you the manager?” And she responded with “No, I’m the assistant manager.” Are you kidding me? This type of service is not okay.
** the only thing they said they were going to do was pick up the pizza that had the hair and replace it with a new one.. What about the rest of the incorrect order?
