Order for delivery and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any delivery service especially from a pizza shop. On the app or email it said my food was delivered when in reality it wasn’t and it took more than an hour to get my food. When i finally got my food it was really cold and didn’t look appetizing at all. I called I spoke to the “manager” they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and just said i can give u partial credit or remake my order so i can wait more than an hour again and they would probably do some kind of malicious things to my food. No thanks! If i could give them 0 stars i would. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order delivery from this dominos pizza at central avenue in watts.

This Domino’s is a disappointment my pizza didn’t have any sauce on it I wasted 40 bucks just so it won’t have any sauce? the pizza was bland no flavor unfortunately they have gone down hill with this one also, everytime they deliver it seems they never add any napkins they really need to improve hire better people to get the job done right! We the consumers pay alot of money just so in the end we get ripped off!

I like dominos don’t get me wrong but they need to be a bit more generous with the toppings. I’ve been to Downey’s pizza factory and they are definitely NOT stingy with their toppings. If they were closer to home I would choose them on top of dominos.

I always order pizza online (never having an issue) for my siblings or myself & I have never had any problems! However, today I had the worst experience ever.
To begin with, the order came incorrectly. I ordered 3 large pizzas 1. Pepperoni & Jalapeño 2. Pepperoni & Sausage 3. Pepperoni and what I received was 1. Pepperoni & jalapeño 2. Cheese 3. Cheese. Also, the pizza that came correctly (Jalapeño & Pepperoni) had a hair.
In addition, I called the store to let them know that the pizza was delivered incorrectly & they showed no type of sympathy. They said and I quote “well that’s how it was placed online” which I know is incorrect because I’ve done orders online multiple times with no issue. I told them “can you pick up the pizzas and replace it with the correct order, it hasn’t been touched” & she responded with “ I will have to charge you extra”. Why should she have to charge me extra? Then they said “We can pick up all the pizzas and refund you” Absolutely not! That’s not the point! I don’t care about getting refunded or the money! What I care for is to have the problem resolved and the order corrected!
Finally, I asked the girl for her name and she said “I don’t feel comfortable giving you my name” and I said “aren’t you the manager?” And she responded with “No, I’m the assistant manager.” Are you kidding me? This type of service is not okay.
** the only thing they said they were going to do was pick up the pizza that had the hair and replace it with a new one.. What about the rest of the incorrect order?

Ordered 2 pizzas and I had to call and speak to the manager due to the lack of cheese on these pizzas. The fact that their staff would bake it, cut and place it on a box looking like this and think that customers wouldn’t complain still baffles me.
