This particular store has gone downhill in the last couple years. Ive been ordering from here since they opened. I wonder if it correlates with corporates decision to get rid of 30 minutes or less deliveries. Either way, this store is managed poorly. The last three orders I’ve made this year took just over an hour to get delivered and those were all on a weekday and at around 7 pm. 2 out of 3 orders had burnt crust and missing dipping cups. My last order they didn’t cut the pizza slices all the way through and I had to go over it with my own pizza cutter. Avoid this place until its fixed or closes.

Redeemed my points for a free medium pizza and paid the extra $3 to upgrade it to a large. Not only did I get a medium pizza, but it was also cold. False advertising and charging for an upgrade you’re not providing is NOT a good look for a business. Do better!

We have always enjoyed Dominoe’s pizza. However, this time there was literally half as much topping on our Extravaganza. One slice only had two olives on it! If this was a new person we’ll come back, of course. However if you are cutting cost by lowering the topping amount then we say goodbye.

This location is so hit or miss and if there were other equally convenient locations this would be my last choice. Pickup is hit or miss as to when it will be ready, even if it says it’s ready. One order was so delayed when I went into inquire about it the man working the front was on the phone leaving me a message about how their system had crashed and it was delayed by 2 hours. When he was finished with the phone call and I requested my order for pickup he went to grab it immediately as it was already done and getting cold on their back counter. I had requested a refund at that moment and he said he didn’t have the ability to do that and to ask a manager later.
It’s extremely unprofessional and poor customer service and while I understand the standards should be lower based on the fact it’s Domino’s inside a gas station, it’s still unacceptable.

3 hours from time of order to time of delivery and actually over 3 hours. The food was cool, but at least it was correct… this time. I know it’s not necessary the drivers fault but he had lots of excuses for why it took so long. I think domino’s company needs to look into this store.

Tonight we ordered our usual through the app. Our wait time was an hour. Once we got there we had to wait another 40 min then once we went inside what we experienced was extremely unprofessional and chaotic mess. While the manager was yelling at her employees in front of all of the customers and customers for the other business that shares the buildings, there were other customers that had been waiting 2hrs for their food. As one customer explained that he needed to eat soon because of his diabetes, the manager tells him “you will just have to wait”. After a couple minute conversation between the two he said “fine cancel my order” and her reply was “fine I didn’t want to serve you anyway!” Then she proceeds to tell an employee that was trying to make pizzas to stop doing her job and to clock out. As he is in the process of clocking out she tells him if he doesn’t leave now she will call the police. During this whole time our order was sitting there. We finally got our order. Once we got home 5 minutes later two of the pizzas were cold and had obviously been sitting for a while. We usually have a good experience with this dominos. That manager should not be a manager any longer. She was so abusive and unprofessional.

Unfortunately, this location always takes around an hour after we arrive at the store to receive our pizza. Many times, we’ve been told that our pizza is ready, just for us to wait another hour for it. I’ve ordered a double chicken pizza many times and MAYBE get one serving. Always a bad experience. My significant other order dominos at 6:00 and we had to wait 2.5 hours for our food to be here, and we didn’t blame the delivery driver of course it’s not their fault. But then an hour after the pizza was delivered the store manager called us and began screaming because they didn’t get their amount for the pizza. I have never seen such an unprofessional response from a store manager ever unbelievable. On top of all that the food we got was freaking cold.
