A great experience ordered easy online and conveniently picked it up after 10 min. They were friendly and quickly got me all the necessities for a great family meal!!!!! I personally highly recommend the best pizza available in all of Southern Highlands. Also very clean along with an are for the kids to step up to watch the pizza making process!!!!! So my delivery was supposed to be between 14-29 minutes per my email confirmation.I just called after waiting 35 minutes. And the person on the phone told me “our driver Nicky just got here, so its leaving now” no acknowledgement of who i was or what did I order I don’t know who I even spoke to. All I know is I called this location 9/2/2025 around 639pm. Worse thing the male on the phone i spoke with did not apologize for anything. I don’t know but I hope whatever it is he is going through hope he heals soon, he must have been going through a bad day ain’t no way his attitude is on purpsoe.. because I know Domino’s management would never hire someone like that with horrendous customer service.

I love this Domino’s. Always greeted with a smile and positive attitude. Even though they seem to be really busy, you still get the best service and experience. They care about their customers in ways I haven’t seen at many other locations. They’ve always delivered my orders in a very timely manner. The drivers have always been super polite, and just seem to go the extra mile to ensure you get the best service possible.

I got a large pizza with tomato, chicken, and bacon. There was literally NO sauce on this thing, and only 2 or 3 tiny bites of chicken per piece of pizza. I should have listened to all of the other bad reviews here. Never again.

Order never arrived. Never refunded. I put an order online then called 2 minutes later to extend the time of delivery, I was promised that it would arrive an hour later than requested. I got a notification the delivery was complete and never got my order. I called and got Ezra, she said she would call the driver and call me back, waited 30 minutes. Got an employee and explained what happened, asked for store manager, was directed to a driver (Zach) that said he was store manager. (Like Ezra did the first time )Called again got the “store manager”Hector, he blamed us for not ordering correctly and cancelled it because they didn’t have enough drivers. Not only did they not refund me, he gave me multiple excuses why my ordered never arrived then said we harassed him. Ew ew ew.

Ordered for pickup. Was in prep status for over 20 minutes. I show up and it isn’t even prepped. We are talking about a large pepperoni with no cheese. Probably the easiest pizza to make. Why did it take over 30 minutes to make? This is the 2nd time I came here and this happened. Horrible service.

Absolutely horrible and rude as can be, we use to order pizzas all the time and over the last year they are horribly slow every time they tell us 30 to 40 minutes and we have to wait at least an hour to an hour and a half and today its been 1 hour and 40 minute’s they said they screwed up the order and it will be another 25 minutes we called back and told them to keep it she hung up on me. (NEVER AGAIN) BAD BUSINESS

The pizza was the worst I’ve had and it’s my normal favorite with dominos. The pizza was burnt and dry with no flavor and the sauce was terrible. If you only look at the help that made our food you would know why it sucks. The kids spent so much time making themselves look stupid there actions follow.
