My pizza got delivered by store staff and yet, when I open the box it looks like this. It also did not taste great compared to the last times I ordered from them it was a bit better. This location is a hit or miss.
Ive had a few problems in the past with them when making pickup orders too. Twice where they said they didnt see my pickup order and I had to wait additional minutes even though the app said it was placed and ready.

I can’t praise the pizza we get from this location enough. I’ve posted photos on Reddit and had people ask where I live so they can move here. It never disappoints. We order two very different pizzas as my wife is vegetarian and I’m not. We select delivery and this location always sends our pizza even though there is a closer store.

This is the 3rd time I’ve experienced this. So I’ll tell you about tonight’s experience now that I know it’s not just a isolated incident. Pulled up to the store in my car. Checked the app for deals, and put in my app order at 6:22pm. Boom! Done! PizzaTracker says it will be done at 6:45pm. Went for snacks next door, threw them in the car. Then went and sat down inside Domino’s to wait for my pie. (6:30pm) Inside I watched the definition of poor management and poor customer service. Customer after customer came in expecting their pizza on the time line provided by the tracker. Only to find out thier pizza hadn’t even been started yet. Frustrated, standing, waiting. They got only excuses. So I knew what I was going to get as well… Not only was Domino’s not living up to their end, they didn’t even offer the customers a free drink or water while they waited past their expected pickup times. I sat patiently sitting watching, smiling. Knowing better than to say anything negative to the people making my food. I watched as the app kept extending out the finish time for my order.. 6:45…6:55…7:05….finally at 7:15! It said it was done. Well? It came out and was placed on the counter unannounced. Sitting. Without even trying to determine who it was for. Finally I spoke up. “Hey the app says it’s done, where is it? Oh sorry… It’s right here. If I had not said anything, it would have gone cold. I regret not going to Blaze as I normally do. Not coming back! Don’t expect timely work or professionalism here. ***By the way, this was a Thursday night. Not even during the weekend rush.

I ordered online at 11 PM. The place closes at 12 AM. The order status changed to ready after 15 mins waiting. I went to the place to pick up the order at 11:20 PM, but the door was locked.
There were 2 staff members behind the fully transparent doors. I knocked and waved, and they both saw me. But, they chose to ignore me pretending I was not there??

Had to try the chicken and spinach pizza so delicious opted for the chocolate crunch cake, was delicious but very rich. Greeted at the door staff was super friendly and on the wall they have a manager special which is a better value!

This order was delivered. This is a pizza I tend to order however the quality of the food is getting worse & worse. This order was 47.13 and we didnt eat not even a 1/3. When I filled out Dominoes rating, I was offered 20% off next order. Sadly I dont think we will be ordering from here again.. 2 thumbs down Dominoes

Ordered a pizza 40 min to an hour before closing, arrive 20 minutes before closing, TWO employees pretend I don’t exist while knocking hollering and waving hands at them for at least five minutes

Tried their 2 minute carside delivery for the first time. It went exactly as advertised. They brought the pizzas out to my car within 2 minutes of my clicking the “I’m here” button in the email.

What a horrible experience. Spend over $50 on pizza to have no one in my family eat it because it was under cooked, soggy drenched in grease, and on top of that the 3 pizzas weren’t even cut. There was only one person working on a Sunday? To make the pizza, take orders, help customers and monitor the food once it’s “cooked”. This places needs better management.
