I have tried to give this location multiple chances, but consistently they take over an hour to deliver the food and it is always cold. The last time I ordered from this location the delivery driver parked at an apartment miles away for over twenty minutes before bringing me cold pizza. The location on Charleston makes consistently better food with better service but the dominos app does not allow you to change which location you order from. I would recommend avoiding this location if at all possible and ordering from another pizza place.

I have ordered from Dominos in Vegas 4 times. The Very first time I ordered the NYC style pizza to taste the difference from their Original and instantly became a fan.
I Ordered it again sometime later and was not let down.
Unfortunately, I do not know now (after my last two experiences) if this is the store I originally ordered from.
Both times the Pizza tasted just like the original recipe in which was not satisfactory (being that I was expecting different).
The first (of the last two times) I ordered Wings to go with my pizza with the instructions to be Very Very Very well done
(verbatim).
After I recieved them (like they were put through only once) i called back and was given a Credit for my next order.
Last night 2/21/25 I decided it was time to order again, and before I had the disastrous call, I waited a total of 21 minutes before I could put my order in…21 minutes on two attempts.
The first being 13 minute wait time, before I gave up, and thebsecond being 8 minutes before they finally answered..
And what was strange is that, someone picked up both times and let the phone just sit there as I Heard everyone in the store.
Immediately, the clerk that picked up the phone apologized so I asked if they were busy and he stated they were, so I understood and continued my order..
Half way through This man states he was Just a Driver and was helping the cooks..
I asked “If it was smart for me to order now” and he got offended and him and I began to argue…
When someone else came.on the phone (she was pleasant) not only did i get asked immediately if I were going to tip, but then she let me know she understands my frustration and will cook my food accordingly…..
Needless to say my wings came undercooked again, and the pizza was the exact same Regular recipe I had last time…
Maybe it was a different location the first two times, but that is no excuse for the 21 minute wait and the Undercooked wings…beware ordering from this place

I ordered pizza to be delivered. Their online system said it would be about 57 minutes. After an hour and 45 minutes went by, I called them. The girl who answered said the orders are taking about 3 hours due to being short staffed, and my pizza would be delivered about 930pm. She had an attitude and stated she was getting complaints all night. I told her getting pizza at 930pm when I ordered about 6pm was unacceptable, and I wanted to cancel the order. She said she couldn’t and then put me on hold for the manager. I waited over 10 minutes on hold and eventually hung up. I called again and waited another 5 minutes, and no one answered. I got my pizza 45 minutes later. It was cold, and the wings had very little sauce on them. I understand they are short workers like everyone else, but they can make their online system reflect the accurate time frame. At the very least, allow me to cancel my order. I am now out the money for cold pizza and wings which had almost no sauce on them. And the customer service was horrible! I will never order from this place again!

Delivery was delayed. First told they were backed up themed told due to major accident. Their drivers obviousky can’t drive on the side roads to avoid the accident. The only offer Dominoes made was no delivery charge. NO FREE OR HALF OFF PIZZA LIKE OTHER PLACES DO.

Had to cancel my pizza orders tonight. They weren’t ready at the estimated time, so I arrived in time to see the young lady making pizzas, make my pizzas with no gloves. As a person that does not eat pork, I know I cannot expect my food not to have a small amount of cross-contamination when I am eating out. Having said that, I watched this young lady touch pork, chicken, beef, cheese, and her hair. Without ever washing her hands, or putting on gloves. She then walked off the line to get a drink, came back with said drink, and started making pizzas again. No gloves. No handwashing.

When ordering from Dominos, the best part shouldn’t be the Coke! The woman answering the phone is the most rude person alive. How is she allowed to answer the phone. She should be fired. Also it took them over 50 minutes to get to me and we are staying right across the street.

I’ve given this location another chance over and over again, and I swear they don’t seem to not surprise me with the constant mess ups. My pizza is never right or there’s something wrong with it. This time though was so irritating I usually order the same thing every time but decided to order the extravaganza (supreme), and this pizza is so under cooked its disturbing I went to pick it up and it literally flopped and everything started falling off. Ya’ll really need to get other people in here, or close it down. We can’t even call because they NEVER answer the phones. I’ve witnessed this in person too. Something has to be done, this is unacceptable…
