Should of read the reviews first before I decided to order. Never again. Order was late but I understand cause when I arrived it was pretty busy. Was trying to grab a bite on the go between jobs. Got my pizza. Burnt. Parts of it inedible cause it was hard from being burnt. Each slice I tried to grab just ripped cause either they guy didn’t cut it right or probably couldn’t get a clean cut through the burnt parts! Never again! So many valid complaints, why is this store still open or not under new management!?

Maya was outstanding tonight. She was taking orders, making pizzas, and essentially running the entire store on her own, all while maintaining a level of professionalism that really stood out. She stayed polite, positive, and composed under pressure, even though it was clear she was overworked and understaffed.
What impressed me most was how naturally she handled everything. She didn’t act like she was doing anything extraordinary, but she absolutely was. Her efficiency, attitude, and control of the situation were the qualities of someone who should be in a leadership position. If I owned a local restaurant and needed a manager, I would hire her without hesitation.
Domino’s is lucky to have her. She deserves recognition.

Very bad experience, usually good resturant. Over a 45 minute wait for 2 large pepperoni pizzas, except not! We saw what looked to be our pizza sitting on the counter, left completely unattended. 7 Employees sitting on their phones, finally was asked after 45 minutes of waiting if we had received our food. Sure enough, it was sitting on the counter. But instead of the 2 large pepperoni, we received 2 medium pepperoni. Luckily got rebate on the larges after some convincing. Very long wait, employees inattentive, and wrong order. Not the experiance we’re used to.

Orders a pizza at 7pm. Was supposed to be here by 7:45 it’s now 8:30pm and they say another half hour. Hot and ready? More like cold with a side of bad customer service. If you don’t have enough drivers shrink the service area. I paid for fresh food. Do better! And $54 for a pizza and wings is crazy!

2 of my last 3 orders were incorrect. Pretty sure it was the manager that made the mistake both times. First time I got there and heard who I believe was the manager cussing in Spanish because he was stressed, ( I felt bad so I tipped $5 for a carry out order ) I ordered 16 piece wings and got bread bites, the manager was kind over the phone when offering to fix it but doesn’t change that it was made incorrectly. Second I ordered a 2 topping pizza and paid extra for mushrooms, when I got home no mushroom. I’ve been on hold for over 17 minutes trying to get a refund for my extra topping. Shaking my head this place is a disappointment, I won’t be returning here .

Ordered our pizzas 3 cold, wrong toppings and burnt. The Parmesan bites cold. Wring soda. Waited on hold 45 mins for the store no one answered. Ordered Coke got sprite. Took them over a hour to deliver . Had my son walk up there even tho we had delivery manager refused to remake food and was rude to my son. Refused to give his name and cooperates number. Meanwhile there are like 20 pizzas sitting there as I type this!

I left instructions on where exactly i was and was waiting outside for 30 minutes, the 2 medium pizzas were flooded with so much sauce you could tell by the cheese, also the dough was VERY underdone and gooey had light sauce on order and exclusions and they did not do any of it, the bread bites made me gag because of how much oil and seasoning they put on there, jose that was the worst pizza, you clearly dont care about the food your putting out, will be emailing corporate and complaining up the chain. This was the worst dominoes i have ever had. i cant even eat it. It makes me sick. Maybe dont have 5 orders on one delivery driver too.

I ordered a veggie pizza through the system and went inside to pick it up when it showed as ready. The woman working in the back was shouting loudly and was very rude. She said, “Only the receipt has been printed, they haven’t even put it in the oven yet.” When I asked why it was marked as ready in the system, she replied rudely and shouting. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Canceled my order and the money was already taken from my account. I call, thinking maybe they couldnt deliver and I would just go pick it up and they said they never even had my order and they dont deliver 1 mile down the road. Who knows how long it will take to get the money back. Thanks. **aedited to say that apparently they cancel orders frequently** won’t be ordering from this location and from the sounds of it, they won’t care. They want less business. Not more.
