I just knew I was gonna give a 1 star review, because why would they give my pizza away to a stranger causing me to wait for them to prepare a whole new pie… BUT the way that PIZZA HIT, they’re getting all 5 of their stars! Well deserved! If you’re looking for a new recipe, give my creation a try! It’s a 14in hand tossed pizza with garlic butter on the crust, Alfredo substitute the tomato sauce and add chicken, bacon, sausage, and Philly cheese steak…. Finish the pie off with jalapeños for just the right amount of kick! Tasted like Italy! I might reorder tomorrow! They have a 9.99 (10.84 after taxes) special currently going on

Ordered online and had only one issue, I could not locate the place! Google maps kept taking me across the street to the McDonald’s. So everyone please note that Domino’s is located on the side of Smith’s.
Besides that, the food was good. I ordered the 16 count garlic Parmesan bread bites (which were free from my rewards) and I got the 5 cheese dip and it was really good.
Customer service was good as well.

Received notification that the delivery driver was in route. I used tge tracking feature to time meeting driver in hotel lobby. After waiting 10 past delivery time I called to get an update. I was told the driver would call me. The tracker showed the driver driving away from my location. My pizza arrived 30 minutes late and cold. This location was only 10 minutes (1.9) miles from my hotel. I was offered 50% my next purchase or a two topping pizza for $6.99. Both of which are less than the cost of what I ordered.

Ordered two pizzas, driver called bc he couldn’t find our apartment, so I gave him our exact address. He said he’d be there in 2-3 mins. After 10 mins still nothing, so I called him. Twice. No answer. Texted him. Still no answer. So I called the store. The guy told me our order had been canceled bc the driver called to get directions and I wouldn’t answer. I told him that was a complete lie and that I DID answer and gave him complete directions. His response was that my order was canceled and I’d get my money back within 24 hrs. I said that was unacceptable and that I wanted my pizzas. He answered in a rude and condescending voice that I would have to reorder and that there was a two hour wait. Then hung up on me. I IMMEDIATELY called back and asked for a manager. Same guy said HE was a manager and his name was Jonathan. I asked him if this was his idea of customer service after your employee, Ricardo, lied to you and screwed up the delivery? He SCREAMED in my ear saying “contact corporate! Contact corporate! Bye! Bye! Bye! Bye!” screaming over me as I tried to tell him he was rude and this was unacceptable. I have ordered from this location DOZENS of times and never had a problem until tonight. I have NEVER had a manager at ANY business treat me so rudely! I will NEVER order from there again! Be forewarned. DO NOT ORDER from this location if you ever want your food!

Ordered online. Have ordered from this location multiple times. Ordered a medium pizza (good, no problem) and a pull apart stuffed garlic bread. Garlic bread had one piece of pepperoni on top, ZERO pepperoni inside. Also no marinara dipping sauce, though I ordered two. Called and spoke to manager, was immediately confronted with “there’s no way we would have done that”. The lady manager refused to even consider that I might have a legitimate complaint. So from now on, I’ll use Poppa John’s or Albo Pizza on the strip.

Ordered 2 pizzas, one had almost no sauce so I called and requested a remake. Took an hour for new pizza to arrive and new pizza also had no sauce on it. Don’t understand how difficult it is to put sauce on a pizza

Their food is amazing! I live close by. Waited 30-40 mins for my order to arrive (the driver had other deliveries as well) but everything was still hot when it arrived. They forgot my salad but within 5 mins from calling the store, it was delivered to my address! Service was great, the delivery man was kind. Will definitely order again from this location. Kudos to the team.

This location will end up going out of business. First the website will tell you that the food will be delivered in 27-40 minutes. Then after 75 minutes when you call, the employees will have an attitude. Then after 90 minutes your food will finally arrive, ice cold, and the driver will apologize and tell you he’s the only driver and he’s been on the road with your food for over an hour. Then they will tell you over the phone that if you order again you will have to wait another 90 minutes, they can’t prioritize, and your food will probably be cold again. Then when you call pizza Hut after all the frustration, they deliver your food in 30 minutes like they say they will.
