This is the worse store ever!!! The people never answer the phone every time I order my order is incorrect or the pizza is broken as if someone dropped the pizza and then delivered it! I tried to call the driver and he put the so called manager “Adam” on the line and he refused to take my call and told the driver to tell me to call the store for my complaint been on the line waiting for someone to pick up for over 15 mins and still no reply I’m pissed!

If I could give this place a negative star I would , Ordered a pizza for delivery the other day. This is what they delivered. I went back to the store, brought them the pizza and asked for a refund. The guy said no problem and I was still charged for the pizza. I don’t understand how hard it is to make a good pizza. The people making your pizza act like the toppings are coming out of their pocket. And to not refund my money is crazy. The workers here make the pizza like trash! I ordered extra cheese on my pizza and it still came with barely any cheese! This location is trash . They don’t take pride in their work

Really I just picked up this pizza, I didn’t want to get it from little Caesars and pay a bit more for this dry pizza no sauce no cheese, try calling to let them know and they have no line. What is going on? I don’t recommend this dominos at all.

So I just got done talking with a clerk at the Domino’s on Sahara and they told me a single topping pizza there was $18 and I thought this was probably one of the most insane price spikes I’ve ever witnessed, because it was $11.99 2 weeks ago, so I think either the workers there are making fake prices to drive people away or they are price gouging people at this location, which I think needs to be addressed right away. A single topping pizza should not cost almost $20

let me start by saying this my recent order the one I made about hour ago is what prompt this review I switched from pizza hunt to this location because the my first order and multiple orders after that was so delicious and fresh I decided to make a change because it was delicious and the consistency was amazing which is why I switched unfortunately today wasn’t the case I ordered two medium pizza’s and garlic bites and cinnamon twisted I would have to say this was not there best work I’m surprised it was even given to me so the two medium pizza’s where really overcooked to the point where the dough had bubbles on top and on the top of that they didn’t cut the pizza’s at all so pulling them apart was a challenge some of my guest didn’t even get full slices pictures below will show what happened when we pulled slices apart as for the garlic bites unfortunately they where so overcooked they became hard and unable to eat I had the same issue with the cinnamon twist completely overcooked to the point where you can see they became hard as a rock we couldn’t get past one bite unfortunately I was disappointed because I don’t understand how this order passed quality check when they didn’t even slice the pizza’s I will no longer be going back to this location because the mistakes could’ve been avoided I arranged for a pickup and notice they where not even full or under staffed so I’m confused on why they thought the quality was good to be given me unfortunately I live far from this location so the drive was worth it but unfortunately I won’t be back hopefully you guys can do better.

Let me start by saying not everyone that has a complaint is looking for something for free or money off. It’s a great opportunity to make things right. I received my order and upon opening the first box to my order, I went on the app to report a wrong. Then looked into the other boxes of my order. All wrong as I ordered boneless wings, Flatbread pepperoni and ham pizza, pizza with everything, brownie cookie, and cinnamon twist. My pizza was cold and they decided to throw a green pepper on it, the other pizza had its toppings thrown on it, the brownie cookie dessert looked like the throw it in the box. Called the store and whomever answered didn’t offer to remake my order, only said ok I’ll give you a refund, asked for my address and hung up. Not again will I order from this location.

I submitted an online order, called because I didn’t have it at the estimated time, and the after I called, the employee said the order was missing and they had to put it through again. Then, say they can make, but now it will be late and they wouldn’t do anything about that. In the meantime, my card was charged (from the original order that ‘couldn’t be found’). An employee showed up to my residence with the pizza claiming it wasn’t paid for and wouldn’t give me the pizza unless I paid. I paid cash so I could get the pizza, although it was now late, and was told it would be refunded. I have called twice now and employees keep saying it was refunded although it is not back in my account, but the employees can’t tell me where it was refunded to or on what date … quite questionable.

My “half pepperoni” pizza was just a shock to receive. When I opened it my initial surprise was the cheese being literally dumped on the side from delivery, but then the really fun part of the pizza not even being sliced was the cherry on top. It was also soggy and super underdone, def go to a different location and save yourself the struggle.

Disgusting. I placed an order and asked for delivery with contactless and when Marittza came she asked to get the order from her in the car cause she claimed it was cold and the order was wrong and pizza was a mess when we opened the box!!!! I’m never ever going to order here. What’s the use for contactless and you drive up and say it’s cold come get the pizza. Girl that is your job! Wrong order!!!!
