I order every single Friday . I’d like to think that I’m a GREAT tipper too. I’ve been told that when my address pops up the drivers have a friendly competition to bring my order because it’s a guaranteed tip.
I order kind of late on Fridays because I work late and when I got the wrong chicken wings at almost midnight on Friday, I tried to call them and they didn’t answer.
I tried to put the note on the mobile app and there’s no way to get a credit.
I put the incorrect chicken in my fridge and brought it back on Sunday.
I simply asked the manager girl (who’s notorious for having an attitude towards everyone) she said that’s too bad I didn’t get a hold of anyone at midnight Friday night/early Saturday morning and she won’t give me a credit .
I said seriously?
I order 52 Fridays a year for 5 years and she didn’t care whatsoever and looked at me like I did something wrong. She acts like it’s our fault as customers. This young skinny white chick with the glasses is awful. She doesn’t take any responsibility or accountability. Kind of stupid to not fix an order because they didn’t answer the phone. all I wanted was a credit for my untouched chicken wings that were clearly wrong. I’d think that if somebody order every single week they would want to fix the order to continue getting thousands of dollars a year from this one address and the fact that her drivers get a good tip.
This girl (everyone knows who I’m talking about) is miserable and nasty .

We haven’t ordered pizza here for several years because the staff was so rude and the pizza was just so-so. But our last encounter was very different. A fella named Tony took my order over the phone. Tony was patient, kind, and generally outstanding! Then when the order was delivered to our home, it was again Tony who delivered. Fifteen minutes early! Pizza was very hot, and food was better than the past. Tony! Good job!!

If you are any shade darker than toilet paper this is another one of Boulder City’s gems you should pass on. There is an employee who says he was appointed by the DM to police any situation he sees fit. Called the police because my order was wrong on top of me being a person or color. I’ve reached out to the company and no response. I suppose the next step is social media with the video and photos.

Bubble everywhere on my pizzas multiple sizes so it was not just one type of dough. They were not very helpful trying to get it resolved finally just asked for refund and proof of voided payment.

I was going to get my daughter pizza from here. I accidentally parked over the line and the delivery girl in the Nissan Versus walked up to my window with a bad attitude and went off about my parking. I guess the distance from two spaces over was too much of a walk for her. I tried to apologize but her attitude was so sour. I watched her go inside and alert all of her coworkers. They all casually came to the door to look at me (talk about small town vibes, lol). Needless to say, I wouldn’t trust any of them to prepare food for my daughter after that. To the girl with the bad attitude, this may not be your field, be better or go to a warehouse!

Ordered 3 hand tossed pizzas that were way too thin and barely had any sauce and they were just straight up trash. I called and complained the next day and the assistant manager said he would credit the 3 pizzas back to my account. When I tried to use the credit 3 days later the store said there was no credit applied and that they couldn’t give me the credit. I’ve also worked for dominos for 3 years in the past and this type of customer service is not how the managers typically conduct business. The manager (Danielle) that told me I had no credit on my account was extremely rude.

The pizza was horrible worst then Lil ceasers the wings were very bland my order was delivered to fast put wings in oven for an additional 17 minutes checked with. Thermostat to ck right temperature chicken is touchy at least 20 to 35 minute wait time service was very pleasant and delivery driver was. Great I will never order here again will stick with. The 2 local pizza shops I didn’t complain and didn’t eat You asked so Sorry Santiago
