When did it start being okay to lie to your customers??
This is a complaint to corporate, not the people who actually work for a living.
I saw that the tracker it said 15 minutes and I knew that you were lying.
Its new years and waiting an hour or 2 is a very understandable and very reasonable time for a pizza. 3, 4 hour wait, I am choosing to not cook and the least you could do is be honest with your customers who come to you.
You told me to expect a pizza in fifteen minutes.
You told me 15 minutes, and ten thirty minutes later, another 15 minutes… and then whenever that time came, it’s just another 15 minutes…
Is it really that crazy to tell people that you’re stupid, busy? And it’s gonna be three hours for a pizza? If you told me , I told but if you tell me to wait fifteen , i’m gonna get upset . hours later.

Called because my sandwich only I order only had 4 pieces of chicken on my sandwich … the manger on duty argued with me and said there were 6 pieces of chicken …. Won’t be ordering there again !

The employees are answering the phone, then talking very rude and loud about the customer, arguing with each other, saying they should be glad they came in. I get it, there is 12 inches of snow here. But they really should not be talking like that with the store full of people. Terrible image, makes us wonder how they are going to make our food.

Placed my order via the app which is my usual method. My recent order was placed/received at 5:55pm and the tracker estimated delivery in about 36-51 minutes. The didn’t move from “prep” for over an hour after placing my order. I called the store and was placed on hold for 35mins awaiting to visit someone about my order and the issues. (If you’re looking for a job, they’re hiring…I know this after listening to the recording on repeat for 35mins.)was told the tracker is merely a corporate guess and to call for accurate times. No thanks!! I’ll take my business elsewhere. My order arrived at 7:30pm and was barely warm. My thin & crispy was thin & wimpy. The pan pizza was barely warm and a soggy crust. Fortunately, our pizza stone was hot (1.5hrs hot), so we heated our pieces for a few minutes. This isn’t the first time our orders required more cooking or heating up. This is my last time though.

I placed an order at 6:39 PM and got it at 9pm. This wasn’t just about the food—it was a test of service quality. A few days ago, I tipped generously upon delivery and the service was prompt. This time, I tipped a smaller amount but paid everything upfront. The difference in treatment was noticeable and unacceptable. If you are ordering out make sure to pay in cash with them. Cant say i didnt warn you.
I paid for the product and the service. That should be enough. No customer should be penalized or deprioritized based on how much extra they give. I appreciate people who serve others, however tips is extra not supplemental. I blame the business. Pay your workers. Safe-to-say i will never order delivery ever. Tip culture is out of hand

Waited almost an hour for my order, called the store 7 times before they answered, and even when answer the manager DAISY PIERCE answered with major attitude and when I went to the store to pick up my order after they didn’t find my house she shooed me away when asking for a refund

It’s Domino’s…but this Domino’s did it right. I eat at Dominos all over the Midwest….this is the first time, I’m leaving a review for this particular Domino’s. Clean prep area, fast friendly service….and good pizza, at a Domino’s price…keep up the good service

Worst dominos I’ve ever experienced. Horrible customer service and even worse delivery times. Consistently, order after order, this store is disappointing. Would recommend taking your business elsewhere. Photo is an hour and 15 minute delivery of a cold pizza, I live 3 miles from the store. Ridiculous, and it happens all the time.

Placed an online order at 6:55 pm for delivery, finally drove down to the store at 8:20 to see where my order was. They had my order ready but refused to refund my delivery charge and tip. When I placed my order the estimated time was 48 minutes for delivery.
