Sometimes there are no issues, other times they call after I place an order and say they can’t make 4-5 pizzas and limit to a smaller number. I have many boys and two pizzas is not going to cut it.

Absolutely disappointed. Ordered my pizza at 4:07pm today (6/30/2025). Ordered on the app as normal. I pick up my pizza and go back to work. Look at my pizza and it’s missing my black olives. So I return to the store and show them they forgot the olives (toppings are $2 each, so yes I’m going to say something). Everyone there was silent. One girl asked to see my pizza and took it away. They threw it back on the shelf. They all walked around a minute and finally said “it’s gonna be 5 minutes” to which I say “okay” and walk away to get something while I wait. I return to the store, they hand me my pizza. I get back to work, ALL THEY DID WAS TOSS OLIVES ON MY COOKED PIZZA! The staff working that shift should be ASHAMED of themselves! They were extremely rude, unapologetic, and freaking lazy! To the manager: I highly suggest you evaluate your staff.

Honestly haven’t had a single issue. Super reliable, never received a wrong order, and the food is always as good as Domino’s can be. Best Domino’s I’ve been to for sure.
Location is obviously geared toward people on base, but the constant influx of orders from the dorms doesn’t seem to slow them down at all. Great stuff.

Ordered my pizza at 18:13, was notified that the driver was on their way at 18:35. Driver drove one street over then I watched the driver go to 3 other houses then back to domino’s. Now my order says delivered at 18:52 but the delivery driver never came back. I understand if you are understaffed. You have our cell phone number so shoot us a call or text so we can understand what’s going. Like, am I getting my $32 worth of food? Or you guys just going to lie and say it was delivered and keep the tip? Little bit of communication would have kept me from leaving a poor review. But just for an update it’s now 19:20 and the manager or supervisor said he watched the delivery driver grab it so he knows it’s on the way. I’m glad that my pizza was out of the oven and sitting on the heating rack for 45 minutes and will now be delivered to me, nothing like a rock hard crusty or soggy pizza. I guess from now I’ll be going in the store to pick up instead of expecting a delivery that seemingly never arrives. I will order from here again and if I get better service next time I will gladly update my review, who knows might just be having a rough night.

It seems like every time we go to order food they are out of something. Usually it’s coca cola which is fine but tonight they were out of coca cola and every single boneless wing option. They only had bone in sweet mango habanero. Starting to get a little ridiculous its not even 9pm yet and they’re meant to be open until 1am.
The driver went out of his way to get us some coca cola from the exchange. The employees are pretty good and I don’t blame them for the lack of products.

I think they’ve been changing their staff out, because I have had nothing but polite deliveries and pick-ups since I started ordering from them again. The quality of the food is still alright, and deliveries generally go smoothly. I’d say they deserve to go up to three stars, as opposed to the one star I gave originally.

Also, they’ve left the food at my door without knocking or anything multiple times, so if cold pizza is your guilty pleasure, then this place is for you.

So…the dominos i order from closes at 1 on fridays, and I work nights shift so naturally I’m up and hungry at night. So at 12:30 in the morning I placed an order for food and that went well, they received the order, made the order and told me they were on their way within about 15 minutes. So the whole order was done and supposedly on its way still within business hours. I live 10 minutes away from this location so I should’ve actually had the order in my hands also within business hours. Delivery driver gets to my house in 25 minutes…thats why he had to stay after hours. And then he gets here and has the audacity to say and I quote “please refrain from ordering right before we close or we will give you the wrong order on purpose”. Like not only did you complain about doing your job, but you threatened to not do it in the future because you felt inconvenienced. Then he took the food out and threw it to us and dropped some stuff and then just dipped out and left

If you order from here DONT LEAVE A TIP. I ordered at 11:50 1 HOUR before close. I put a tip and everything. They cancelled the order and wouldn’t answer the phone. I have always left a tip. But never again. I wish I could just pack up and leave the flight line an hour early because I don’t wanna work. Ridiculous.

They do so well every time I order from them. Plus they always ring the doorbell which gives me time to get the dogs out of the way before going to the door. The drivers are always very polite and I would recommend them to anyone. Never had an order wrong yet.
