The salad I couldn’t even eat the driver forgot. It had to go back for it plus the Pizza. The cheese was not all over the Pizza. Also, no napkins. I would not order from this Domino’s again ever. I would like my money back but can’t get ahold of anybody at the store.

Not a single hair net or glove in sight. Workers went directly from touching money and the phone and everything else in the restaurant to touching pizza dough and toppings without washing or even wiping their hands. I waited over an hour for a two topping pizza and wings. My coworker ordered a salad and he waited 45 minutes. Very poor time management. The staff was friendly and courteous though.

Update #3: Today I used the credit I received for this location.. today the service was surprisingly better when I called in. So that’s a plus, pizza arrived very quickly, order instructions were followed, most importantly the pizza was hot and made properly. I will continue to leave reviews for this location based on my experiences. I really do hope the improvement is long lived since you guys are the closest location to my home. However I will probably wait a while before I order another parmesan sauce pizza from this location due to the fear of it being made wrong again. Otherwise you guys executed greatly today.

I waited 50 minutes for this tiny pizza, and because I was at work, I canceled my order and reordered because the service was terrible, awful customer service. I would never recommend this place. Why? Because even though they didn’t accept returns, I still paid the full amount, and the guy at the counter reacted as if he was going to beat me up because he was a racist.
I’ve never spoken ill of any place in my life; I’m not that kind of person. This is the second time this has happened to me at this branch, and enough is enough:))

I’m getting tired of making orders for delivery and not receiving everything that was in my order. The poor old man that looks like he should be retired forgets the drinks from my order. Do the delivery drivers just not check what they are delivering before leaving the store? This is not the first time I haven’t received my drinks with my order from this location but it is certainly the last time. Id rather spend the money and go to dions or peter piper and know I’ll actually get what im paying for. Im done gambling on whether I’ll recieve my full order and not getting any refund when items are missing.

The last four or so orders I’ve made have all been incorrect in one way or another, usually incorrect toppings. ( Likely because they hold pizzas they’ve already topped, then re-top them according to order. ) If you want the correct pizza within an hour, look elsewhere. Beyond that, several times an older gentleman has delivered my food. Every time he does, he proceeds to completely drop the bag with my food in it. Completely unnecessary.

Domino’s is pretty consistent no matter where you are. Which we enjoy typically once a month.
However, while driving to California for the holidays, we stopped for the night and ordered in. The Domino’s in Las Cruces is OUTSTANDING. So fresh, crust was amazing. I’m not sure what they are doing differently from HQ, but they are rocking it.
