Online it says my order is ready, but when I pull up to the window I’m told its gonna be 7 more minutes???? Then why did it say my order was ready? Was it because I didn’t call it in? 15 minutes pickup??? Please, still waiting on my order 30 minutes afterwards, finally got my order at 8:27 only 50 minutes even though online said it was ready 30 minutes ago. Good job domino’s

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. We waited at the drive thru for at least 10 minutes being actively ignored by staff. After 10 minutes of waiting with a line behind us we tried honking and knocking on the window and nothing worked until one of us got out of the car and were able to make eye contact with an employee. At that point he got us our food but was extremely rude about it. Once we were finally able to get home with our pizza—which is only about 3 minutes away—one of the pizzas was fully uncooked. The cheese was not melted and the middle was doughy, dripping and falling apart. The other pizza was fine.

Store extortion, a loyal customer I order about every 2 wks. 2-14-26 ordered my pizza through app for window pick up go to pay section for cash option to finalize order .No cash option hidden by gift card option .Call store was told the cash option will only come up if I spend $20 or more generally it costs $ 12.71 it seems management is manipulating app . I’m being tracked by my phone number and last order. My last order was $21.62 had company over specialty pizzas were great going through pizza withdrawals. Fix the problem so you won’t loose customers I’m sure I’m not the only one! Loyal customer 7+years by weekly purchaser .Thank You!

Absolutely horrible experience. We ordered a pizza to a hotel. The driver/manager, Liz, could not figure out how to navigate a hotel and left. She didn’t even bother going to the front desk, like anyone with common sense would. When we called about it, we were assured that a new pizza would be made and redelivered shortly. We got another call later from Liz claiming it was our fault she didn’t know how to navigate the hotel. Not only did she have an extremely rude and accusatory tone and attitude, she refused to deliver the pizza and wanted us to go pick up a COLD pizza. We were fed up with her and asked for a refund. We’ve ordered from DoorDash multiple times and every one of those drivers were able to deliver to our door. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.

ORDER at your own risk! I just waited for over an ENTIRE HR for an order to be delivered. I had to call back just to be told they don’t deliver to my area when they have several times before. That was the FIRST thing I asked the guy on the ph since its been a LONG TIME since we ordered before.

Please understand that this stuffed crust pizza is the best Domino’s Pizza pizza I’ve ever had. Well done! The employee who helped me at the carryout window was the most polite. Asked if there was anything else he could get for me and told me to “please be safe” before I drove away. That was the kindest thing. Top notch customer service from this individual. I wish I would’ve caught his name! Deserves a raise, no doubt!

Placed order at 1:39 pm for 4pm pick up. At 4:02 app said order was being prepared. After 45 minutes of no change I asked staff and was told order had only been “placed” 30 minutes before and would take another hour to be ready. I cancelled the order. Don’t trust them or the app about when your order will be ready.

This is hands-down, the worst Dominos or restaurant in Santa Fe. We had sworn this place off because every time we try to order carry out or delivery we don’t get a status update. Then we’re always told that it is a two or three hour wait because they are short staffed. Gave it another shot last night because we were close by and never got a status update so I went inside. Again, they told us there was a 2 hour wait. I agree with other reviewers that the drive thru window is useless. You see staff walking by and looking at you without ever coming to the window.

I’ve been ordering take out here for a while. But NEVER AGAIN. The manager was extremely unprofessional and unorganized. My wife was yelled at for checking the status of the order, which was finished a full 30 minutes before they decided to to relay that it was done according to the Order Tracker online. So thanks for ruining our Sunday night!
