Lucky I gave one star!
When I go to pick up order at pickup window, 5 minutes after says it’s ready! How is it that literally 5 workers see you at widow and at least 10 mins waiting, not one of them tell someone your at window! I’m not honking horn, cuz that’s in my view rude or someone take it the wrong way! So I proceeded to go around through to window again well after 10 min again, I called to ask if anyone working window! Not to mention a worker out back on phone did nothing! Finally they come to window, maybe if they didn’t have music blaring inside but totally uncalled for! Unprofessional, Rude and definitely Not Team Players!
So ya cold pizza, no discount!
Worst teamwork I’ve ever seen! This is on a Sunday and no Football! So ya you can say go walk in, but why have a Pick Up Window!

Ordered a pizza last week but it took TWO HOURS for the driver to find my house (which is literally one street over). I called the restaurant and the best they could offer me was another pizza for half the price. Really? A $66 pizza that’s over two hours late?
Then two days ago, the delivery driver Ericka delivered my pizza to the wrong place. Only to be told by the store the same offer. Very disappointed in their delivery service.

Completely appalling behavior by the supposed “general manager ” Alana. She was unbelievably disrespectful and allowed the crew to moch and make derogatory comments in the background. She is the example for the rest of the crew and for the store. No management position should be given to someone unwilling or incapable of doing the job. Your business is only as good as it’s employees so honestly do better. The issue could have been resolved easily with a conversation and correcting our order but apparently it’s above her pay grade or education. I will say the sweet guy that admitted to accidentally giving us the wrong pizza was a sweetheart promote him and take out the trash.

They are fine but don’t ever do delivery. I’m still waiting for my pizza and it’s been an hour. It’s been in “quality check” for 40 minutes. Still hasn’t left the store.

Anybody else want a piece of this dry, burnt pizza? Cuz I sure as hell don’t. Not only were their systems not working, they also had to remake my order and it was still not up to par. Not sure what happened to this location. It was great for a while but has recently gotten bad. I won’t be ordering from this location for a while.

Unfortunately not a pizza related review but an amazing experience nonetheless! June 13th around 11 pm me and some friends were parked at the gas station across the street and unable to screw the gas cap off of the ATV we were in, our last resort was to go across to Dominoes and ask for help, the staff immediately sent someone to come help us no questions asked and he got it unscrewed (didnt get his name but he was heaven-sent) I also happen to love their pizza but the staff are the real mvp!

Dry desiccated Pizza. They barely put enough cheese and sauce to cover it. Within minutes the pizza dries out and the edges start to curl up. YUCK. Some hourly kid has been warned to barely put sauce and cheese on to save money. Digiorno rising crust in your oven is 10X better than this animal feed.

6 minutes prior to closing.. I call to order. Just One Large pizza, One topping pizza.. call center wouldn’t finish my order so I get transferred to the store. Numerous calls then the manager answers. Well… apparently the manager Jolene answers and totally did not intake my comment from the beginning. Yes, I understand by the time She answered the store was closed. I mentioned 3x and I understood it was closed, but I called before close. Jolene had no concern about what her customer was wanting. She knew she was at wrong because she did not want to tell me her name. Obviously, I understood it was LaTe but I worked too. Well, however I had a free one topping pizza to redeem but I did not use it. I will be back.. hopefully with a better manager on site. This customer service wasn’t what I expected!!! Your lucky y’all seem like your the only pizza joint in the area.
