I’m disappointed with the service at this location lately, specifically regarding the newer manager (younger white woman with long brown hair). I’ve visited several times and found her to be cold and dismissive. She has been there about a month, seems to pick and choose who she wants to be professional with. She is consistently quiet and borderline rude when I visit, yet was ‘all smiles’ and acting highly unprofessional when my husband picked up our dinner about 2 nights ago. A manager should provide a consistent, respectful experience for everyone (like the other woman who has been there much longer than i have even been a customer), not just people they find ‘interesting.’ We won’t be back while this new one is running the shift unless she learns how to be less ‘choosey’ with her friendliness.

Was having a very bad night and ordered delivery for myself. Food was sitting out for an hour and a half and arrived cold. Company can only give coupons for future orders, which I don’t know that I even want to use. I understand that things happen, and that staff are human, but I’m very disappointed and frustrated I even spent the money to place an order.

The Domino’s tracker indicated that our pizza would arrive in less than 40 minutes. After 40 minutes the tracker started moving the delivery time back minute by minute. After an hour we called and got a very rude manager named David who told us it would be another hour and a half, insinuated that we were stupid for calling, and told us that we were lying about the information shown on the website. He hung up when we offered to send him a screen shot. We cancelled the order and will NEVER order from here again.

Absolutely ridiculous completely ruined. Both pizzas made them completely different than the way that I ordered them. Drop them off cold and now are refusing to answer the phone. I’ve called for over 30 minutes straight. No one will answer the phone. I wanna be refunded my money!! The owner needs to be embarrassed, worst dominoes I’ve ever been to in my entire life. How do you get the two pieces this wrong you had to have done it on purpose there’s no other way and now you’re refusing to answer my phone number. I want somebody to call me back who owns this Domino’s or I am going to take it all the way up to corporate because it’s absolutely ridiculous that you can’t get somebody to answer the phone

Awesome Domino’s Pizza Location!! Our family has ordered pizza from this location, both pick up and delivery, for several years. Top notch customer service, and they care about the quality of their food and service. Delivery is always On-Time! Even in a crunch, having unexpected guests for dinner, Domino’s has stepped up and helped us out. Can’t thank the team enough. We will remain loyal customers! Hope you will too. :))

I waited almost 2 hours for my food, I called them about 50 minutes in and the general manager answered after being on hold for about ten minutes. I asked him if my order had been sent over because I wasn’t sure if it went through, he immediately yelled at me and said that they were extremely backed up he then began baby talking me and belittling me about how the online orders work. I began to reply that I wasn’t intending to be rude and he hung up on me before I could even finish my sentence. Horrible customer service! He should be ashamed of himself and how he handles customer interactions.

Johnathon the manager, just told me after picking up my pizzas to look like the photo that I can return the for a refund. What a joke of customer service. Thank you Johnathon for not only wasting my time, my gas, but letting me know just how little you appreciate me as a customer or respect me or my gamily for even allowing it to happen let aline being the one responsible.

I am not surprised at the negatives reviews. After calling because we did not get our delivery, we were treated extremely rudely to the point that the guy denied we even ordered a pizza. After calling today to talk to the manager, he said he was the manager and refused to give his name for several minutes after again arguing that there was no such order even though I have the order on my phone. Avoid this place. The Dominos on Juan Tabo and Montgomery were awesome and quick.

If you can avoid ordering from this store, you should. The app said estimated delivery in 40 minutes. After 90 minutes we went to the store to see what the problem was and pick it up. What a joke. Workers standing around… nobody moving with any sense of urgency. We were told it would be another 20 minutes before it would be ready. Incredibly rude manager. For our trouble he waived the delivery fee. I know it’s fast food on a Friday night, but this was ridiculous.
