Tonight I ordered two pizzas medium pizzas for $6.99 each in an order of the cinnamon bites for $6.99 as well. One of the pizzas was a thin crust pepperoni pizza for my son who has Asperger’s. He is an extremely picky eater and this is the only kind of pizza he will eat. He was refusing to eat all day until I finally agreed to get him his Domino’s pizza so he wouldn’t go to bed hungry. I made the drive to this location to pick up my order and bring it back so my son could finally eat. Upon opening the lid on the pizza my son just started crying because it was burned very badly all around the edges. I removed 2 pieces and tried to talk him into eating it by trying it myself but I couldn’t eat it because it was burned so badly! Needless to say he would not eat the pizza. I then tried to call the store to see if I could go back and get a different one but no one will answer the phone! This is beyond frustrating! Now I’m faced with trying to find something else for him to eat at this late hour. This isn’t a good way to have returning customers! I’ll not return to this location!!

We usually have great service. But this 20ish yr old woman was so unnecessary rude. Drive-thru. We were kind. But her rudeness was so passive aggressive you would want to defend yourself. She must have been having a bad day. Idk but we have never had any issues there. Good thing we arent the kind of people who would argue. With other people she may not be so lucky. She needs to leave simply because its hurting the company. Pizza wasn’t cut. Literally got a half cut pie! No exaggeration. Good thing we have a pizza cutter. Pie overall was good, delicious!

This store is amazing and very well taken care of during the day you can come in and get fresh delicious pizzas, however the night time is totally different. Management needs to take a long serious look into the general manager of this store when I called to get my order replaced or refunded they did not answer the phone and when I went into the store personally (Monday) she was rude and disrespectful she has a attitude and it was like I don’t really care I’m just here for the paycheck. Definitely not what you want to deal with over a pizza. Seems like this place is going downhill

Had placed an online order, received the order, was the wrong order, called the store twice, nobody answered, was put on hold when they finally answered for 10 minutes. Upon opening the boxes, the thin crust pizza I did not order was all shuffled and burnt. I ordered three pizzas only received two. I ordered two garlic knots only got one and cinnamon twist that I did not receive. Older gentleman was super rude, he seemed annoyed that I had the wrong order that was not my fault, he did not even once apologize for them delivering the wrong order. he seemed very annoyed that he’s gonna remake my order and asked me to give the crusty ass pizza that they delivered back to the delivery driver. This will probably be my only time ordering from this location. Super disappointing. They need to work on their customer service.

Domino’s is one of my favorite pizza places. I have ordered from here numerous times; the favorite for me is the spinach feta. Cheesy bread is so good. The pizza is so garlicky, buttery, and delicious. I love the salads and I’m just so grateful for a delicious meal. Thanks, and may God bless you all.

Today is Friday at 4:30 I had to recall the girl tell her to do the order correctly with pineapple which was not on the order that was currently ordered I do want to say that she was kind of rude I did not appreciate her attitude at all they need to work on their customer service it’s not good

I am not sure what is the issue with this location of what I saw today people are not being trained properly. I had been waiting for a hour to pick up my food and after I go in to the store & wait for the girl at the counter to take me my food she never does. She is just walking around doing I don’t know what. I assumed they probably hadn’t finished the order so I waited another 20 minutes mind you no one has apologized for making me wait. But then another guy says “We don’t have her order we haven’t even started it” instead of the girl or anyone walking over and telling me this and seeing if I am okay with this and apologizing. They just continue to ignore me until I tell the girl I want a refund that I will go else where. She said Okay did the refund and nothing else no sorry for waisting my time. This review is just for hopefully someone to read this and do the corrections that are needing to be done.

Lil update: it’s even worse because we checked the entrance and the gate is stuck open so the driver had zero reason to not be able to come in other than pure LAZINESS!!!
Worst experience provided by DANIEL the general manager. Driver was incompetent and couldn’t figure out how to enter in a simple gate code. Never had any other delivery service including doordash have any problem entering through the gate with a code. Daniel claimed the driver waited 15 minutes but unknown to him I take screenshots of every single thing so I have the time the driver arrived and I even have the voicemail from the driver when he first called stating he was arriving. The driver refused to come in the gate and deliver the food to me even though that’s the whole point of delivery. He told me to “hurry up and come up the front entrance because I have other deliveries”. Many cars entered through the gate and he refused to follow in behind and wanted me to come to the front off clear across the complex to get my order. I just had surgery and been hospitalized and can’t walk much nor lift more than 10 pounds due to the surgery. I ordered a lot of food as it was for my little nephews so there was no way I could carry that food all the way back across the complex and shouldn’t have to I feel. Ridiculous! On top of that when I call the store to speak to a manager it’s a female and she said she’s the manager and she called the driver and told him the code and she claimed he was able to get in. I waited outside for about 10 minutes and he never came. I called the store back and spoke to Daniel and he was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and down right void of compassion. He said I would have to come pick up the order because it’s my fault the driver couldn’t get in the gate and even though the driver was the one who refused to enter the code or enter the complex. He claimed his driver waited 15 minutes but the proof I have will show the driver waited and refused to enter before leaving for less than 5 minutes. I asked for a full refund instead and he laughed and said have a nice day and hung up and now just places me on hold when I call back. So, its okay to just steal $50 of food from someone, because your driver is lazy and incompetent? I will add the photos here showing when the driver arrived and the time of the voicemails. I will be contacting Dominos District and Regional Managers and let them know how their General Manager Daniel handles simple conflicts.
