Theres an issue everytime i try to order delivery. First online and now just spent 20 minutes trying to call in an order only for dude to answer the phone aggressively. I drove for Dominos for a hot minute so i was trying to tip a driver decently. I called they told me to call back? Called back and they let it ring for 20 minutes. Didnt even get to place my order. Carlos must not like his drivers or job.

I am a truck driver making a delivery in the area. I ordered at 1642hrs and was handed my order by Nina at 1655hrs. Now granted, they were located on the opposite side of I-25 and I don’t know how busy they were, but that was freaking awesome. The pizza and tots looked outstanding and were delicious. I would definitely order from this store again.

This Dominoes was horrible. The guys working here did not give 2 craps. We placed our order online at 3:30 in the afternoon. our tracker said it was in “prep” for 15 mins. I finally just went in the store and found the two employees unpacking boxes. When I asked about my order they finally started making it. Told me it would be 7 minutes. They went ahead and marked my order as “ready” on the screen so they wouldn’t get dinged. Took 15 more minutes to get a simple pizza. To top it all off, our pizza only had topping in the center, over half of it was just bread. Not what I’ve experienced at other Dominoes locations. So disappointed.

The delivery guy Sergio said he delivered our pizza to the apartment. We were standing outside waiting for him. It was marked delivered. I called and after several minutes of calling I finally got a hold of the store. They put me on with the Sergio who “delivered” our pizza. He said he followed the instructions but didn’t confirm the apartment number and told me it must have been stolen and hung up on me when I told him there was no way because we have a camera and we were standing outside. I tried calling and calling had to drive to the store. The delivery driver was very disrespectful. The manager refunded us. The worker Titus handled it very well and was very respectful (he should be the one running the store).

The place was way behind, Isaac was working alone, dealing with rude customers, an hour behind. He showed true dedication and work ethic. We could all use a guy like that working for and with us. The pizzas didn’t take terribly long and they were hot and delicious.

I will go out of my way to try a different Dominos location even though this one is 15 minutes from me. This location is consistently bad, with each order having issues with the poor quality customer service. I had my husband pick up our lunch order. When he got home we noticed the Parmesan twists had no seasoning and we never got our marinara sauce. The pizza was on the burnt side. Called the store to see what they could do to remedy the situation and the customer service rep was silent on the phone. I had to initiate conversation and go out of my way to the store to pick up my re-make after my husband just got home with the food. When I walked into the store for my remake, another employee couldn’t be bothered to say “welcome to dominos” or “hi there” or “welcome to dominos, I’ll be with you in a minute”…nothing. Dominos management, I strongly recommend hiring folks that want to be there and work. Not greeting your customers and not putting out quality food is the quickest way to lose business.

I usually order from Domino’s because of the location and cost and have never had a problem. Today, I ordered a couple pizzas and chicken wings online with no problem. However, when I opened the box of wings to serve my kids, i found a chicken bone that appeared to be eaten off of and then fried again.
I’m absolutely sure that this was an accident but the way the store handled this was disappointing. I called and spoke with the manager (can’t remember his name) and he told me that because he was the only one there and didn’t see anything like that in my order, he assured me that it was unlikely. I asked him if I could email a photo of my order, but he said no. He agreed to refund the wings, but when I asked if he needed my info, he told me that he didn’t need it. Made me wonder if I really would get a refund for the wings, but we’ll see.
