We had a very good experience with this store: they proved to follow orders to a T and have a great customer service. We ordered delivery for 5 pizzas and had an issue with one of them (due to my mistake in ordering). When I called the store, a person I talked to was very courteous and helpful, and we got a new pizza delivered promptly. Thank you!

I have ordered from Domino’s a couple times in the last month. Once from an Albuquerque store for my mother in a rehabilitation center. Gotta say, I really do not agree with the ‘delivery charge’ especially when ‘delivery charge’ does not go to the driver. Why should I pay the franchise to deliver my pizza? The Domino’s in Los Lunas, where I ordered in person for carry out, was clean. The employees were friendly. (Although I am still trying to get used to dress codes.) They worked together well. They seemed to really enjoy their jobs. The store is a little bit out of my way. And I would love to get a “carry out tip” when I order in person vs. ordering online, especially when I am in that part of town. All in all, I have got no complaints! (The loaded tots could be loaded better/more)

Omg this place looks like a junkie/homeless place. I went in today and the place was filthy!! Their manager looks as she was on drugs the short heavy one, They do not wash their hands i noticed also they have minors handling our food as if they are in middle school delivery drivers were helping when they shouldnt have nothing to do with our food only to hand us our orders when we order online or over the phone for delivery their tables by bathroom had homelessguys just sitting there just omg i feel sick after noticing all these things i even walked out without my order have my money u guys need it more it seems. Never will i ever order online again nor go in again at this location till i see different employees handling my food and maybe if the place dont look so discusting either

Terrible customer service. If you go in there’s no acknowledgment, you end up standing around until they decide it’s time to ask what you need. Delivery is worse, 2 hour wait for mediocre pizza, no warning that there is extended wait times then pizza arrives cold. Overall poor experiences on several occasions.
