The pizza was good. We dined in Domino’s and that was not the best experience. If you order and dine there, they only give you one of their specials and the other’s are only available for ordering online. As we ordered they said it would be 40 minutes and then somebody else said as we were finishing our order that it would be an hour and we said hey wait a second somebody just said 40 minutes so they changed it to 40 minutes. In the end we got our pizza faster than 40 minutes, which we were grateful for. They clearly don’t want people to dine in there, in which case they should just remove the tables. The TV over us was loud and not coming in clearly so it’d pause and then make garbled noise and we asked if they could turn it down or turn it off and they said they couldn’t per corporate rules. It seems like it would have been simple enough for them to turn it back on after we left or muted it. They did not have plates like they have had in the past and told us to use napkins instead. Not the worst service but definitely NOT the friendliest. All in all the pizza was good. Just don’t dine in Domino’s.

I’m a repeat customer & want to preface this by saying don’t pay attention to the low ratings. Leannette & William especially are amazingly, hardworking staff with awesome customer service. I absolutely recommend them & wanna give them a huge thank you for always being great! Love you guys ❤️ now off to enjoy my delicious pepp/pineapple pizza & cinnabites

This was a quick order for me. I got to the store and had to wait 15 minutes for the Cinnabites. So by the time I get my whole order the pizzas are room temperature. It should have all cooked and been done at the same time.

Half hour went by, i waslike ok. I live five minutes away. By Waterville. Anyways called after almost an hour. Girl picked up, said he’s on his way. Another half hour later no food. Looked and my tracking and they canceled it. For no reason
Than I call to complain and they keep hanging up. Called now 3 times said couldn’t make call. I know the girls name and reporting to district. Posting on east Mt stuff next. Just wrong

Ordered two pizzas with extra sauce.. they both cam no sauce at all.. checked the order, and it says extra sauce.. Not the first issue. The last few times we ordered the pizzas came way under cooked. I understand the will be occasional mistakes but almost every order for the last few months? Really?? Get it together..

Over an hour wait just to get 2 pizzas at 4pm. The excuse is as always “we are short staffed and are training” no worries we wait the hour just to get our order wrong…”don’t worry we will make you a NEW ONE FOR FREE it will only be another hour. ” . Absolutely pathetic. Save your time and money people. This location is heading down hill fast. All this for a pepperoni bowl of grease.
Update: finally got the new pizza…burnt to hell and still wrong.
I think it was Einstein that once said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and Expecting different results…. maybe I am the crazy one

This location is consistently a let down. Order completion times are way understated from the app while realistically they are 1.5 hours – 2 hours after you order. Other stores have no issue keeping up with demand in the city. Management seriously needs to get it fixed and complete orders as advertised. It’s clearly been a long, running problem as evidence by the last six months worth of reviews.

Ordered at 6:18 but was not ready for pick up until 7:10. The app kept saying it was ready and so I would get up and check and nope, not ready. I think they made my order 1 item at a time. When something was done, they would check and realize they were missing something. This happened 3 times with this order.

Sometimes my food is a little burnt on the bottom when I get it. It is delivered fresh and hot every single time. The delivery drivers are always so very nice and polite.
