Made a delivery order, order receipt in pictures and pizza in pictures, first pizza that came with my order was incorrect they forgot 2 toppings, I called the store and let them know of the error, Mary Jane answered the phone I believe and said they would re-make the pizza and asked if I would like a complimentary soda for the inconvenience, I said yes, and I ordered a orange fanta, I got the order delivered again and they forgot the orange fanta… im not super worried about that since it was complimentary but someone is messing up in there and not completing orders. Also I really was moved at the customer service to correct the mistake, but there was no follow through

As a mother pizza is my go to when I don’t wanna cook so imagine the one meal I don’t gotta cook is burnt bad it’s sad and it takes time and hungry mad kids who don’t wanna wait to try and go get it cooked correctly. Super thanks to Erin for going far beyond to deliver our pizza because I forgot my gate is closed during the weekends. I owe him a bigger tip when I get paid for sure and I use to work at Dominoes so whoever made the pizza made them like I use too yummy. Delicious and fast thanks for the fantastic customer service m.

I ordered a pizza with extra mushrooms. I have no mushrooms a one slice. I called and they hung up on me. This is the first time and last. I have a pic that shows how poorly the “extra” topping.

The food is good, the service was alright except for a couple times I went there was an employee that was rather rude, the only thing I dont like about this domino’s is the location. There’s usually a lot of homeless activity in the area, although it has gotten somewhat better since tpd has been patrolling there more frequently.

Ordered on 12/24/22 @5:15PM from the 1st Ave store, order #1591, and it was the worst! Only the wings were ok, soggy for naked wings but tasted fine. I was told because it had been more than an hour since I got my order they absolutely refused to do anything about the 2 burned pizzas, 1 had no sauce at all and all of the ‘bacon’ topping was so burned, both pizzas had such a gross burned flavor that we couldn’t eat them and the inedible cinnamon twists soaked in grease that they delivered to me. But it had only been 41 minutes! This is disgusting and a horrible way to treat your customers. I will never order from Domino’s again unless they choose to make this right!

I’m ridiculously disappointed again. This is the second time I order my chicken sandwich without pineapple and light mango sauce and I get it regularly made without the simple accommodations I asked for. Second time this happens here and I’ve come to the realization that I’m just not going to order at this location anymore.
