We ordered on the app for delivery. Pizza was typical Domino’s. I will say that the thin and crispy was much better than the hand tossed. Delivery did take a while and pizza was cooled down. I think there could be improvements on the time it takes from the notifications the food is out of the oven tothe notification the food is out for delivery. It makes it sound like it just sat for 40 minutes at the resturant.

This was a free pizza and I didn’t like it…. The toppings were clustered in the middle and there was a lot of dry crust. There was one young lady working alone that night, so maybe this is not the usual quality of their food.

My wife and I recently moved into our new home and decided to order Domino’s delivery through the app, just as we always have in the past. This experience, however, was completely different—and not in a good way. The incident happened about a month ago, and the fact that I still remember it vividly shows how uncomfortable it was.
When the driver arrived, he seemed friendly at first. But as we were closing the door, his tone shifted. He suddenly put his hands out to the sides and said, “No high-five, no tip?”
Confused, I looked at my wife and asked if she added a tip in the app, which she confirmed. The driver insisted we were “probably mistaking it for the delivery fee.” We explained that we order frequently and absolutely left a tip. He asked us to hold on, went back to his vehicle, then returned saying, “Oh yeah, I see it now. There was only like six dollars on there, but you did leave one.”
He then hopped back in his car and drove off, leaving us standing in our doorway in shock. We genuinely looked around for hidden cameras because the whole interaction felt unreal.
The pizza itself was good, but the delivery experience was uncomfortable enough that we will not be ordering delivery from this location again. I need to install my ring camera to capture these types of instances lol.

Delivery driver is really rude. I got called by someone at the store letting me know they had a 2 hour delivery wait since they only had one driver and he had just left the store for some deliveries. I understood and accepted the wait time. But then the delivery guy gets here and and says he’s outside and is asking for a tip.. after a 2 hour wait? I just said “no, thank you” and he sarcastically laughed on the phone and hung up.. didn’t even say good bye. No manners at all. He also left my pizza on top of a chair which was all wet, fortunately I didn’t take long to go grab it so it wasn’t soaked.
The guy from the store was really nice but the delivery guy needs to learn some manners and if he can’t handle people he shouldn’t be working in customer service.

Ordered the new $ 9.99 Deal my Son had Pepperoni and one Cheese, Husband Metzza and I tried the Veggie which was the most horrible Pizza I ever eaten from Domino’s. No seasoning an. few leaves of Spinach definitely none of these pizza a worth the extra $ 3.00. Next time we stick with our usual $ 6.99 Deal. Threw the Veggie Pizza out after I ate 2 slices and ate my free Chicken Pasta.

Really? Cheesy bacon tots and there is literally no cheese. It all is on the side burnt. There’s hardly any bacon in the bottom of the tots are burnt. We used to order here almost weekly, and I think we are done. This has gotten ridiculous.

Thank You For making my sons birthday so special Today. This was his first time requesting a pizza party in class! I was having issues getting pizza to his class by 1030 am here in Tucson. The school is 30 miles from your location and definitely worth the drive!! We explained our situation and they were able to help us out. Caleb and Anthony, Thank You for getting to the store a little earlier than scheduled to help my son have his birthday request. He was the star of lunch time in his class and he was all smiles.
