I drove 21 mi to get a pizza for them to just butcher their entire order up even when the online instructions were playing and simple light sauce no sauce garlic parmesan sauce instead I get an order that has way too much sauce in the pizza is not even cut all the way not any of the three as I live 21 mi away I asked if I could come tomorrow she said no the refund would only be for today completely unacceptable.

Ever had a pizza with a beetle as the topping? We did. Brought it back, they remade the pizzas and gave a free two liter. The poor kids working were getting in trouble by the manager, (things happen) definitely wish respect would have been more active in the store.

I did have to have my pizza remade because when i ordered the store was super busy ans training alot of people so my pizza did get messed up but they workers were all trying so hard and they were so kind to remake it the Manger named Jessica and there was another female Manger I spoke with on the phone they both were so nice and helpful. Jessica seems to work very hard and make sure things are running smoothly she deserves a raise or something! But overall I’m very happy ordering here. I will be back because or these 2 ladies that I spoke to tonight. I wish I had caught the other lady’s name.

My sons ordered pizza at 10:30 just gt in from a trip thought it would be an easy order just to have it delivered else where and we finally called at 12:00 to see what was going on and some lady was screaming In The background at the guy on phone slamming boxes telling him that’s the 2nd order he messed up and no he can’t take the order he eventually just said have a good one and hung up he wanted to help but was scared of the lady he knew he made the mistake and was trying to fix it train your employees better !

Somebody must be sick in the head working for dominoes here in Safford. Ordered my usual thin crust jalapeno pepperoni, and when I went outside to pick it up (it was contactless) there was a piece of gum stuck to my box and the pizza was partially folded over where it looked like someone spit on it. We were traveling home from a long day and ordered pizza. Have my PIF (&47.19) receipt- got home with the baked dips and without the 32 piece parm bites—- called because now we are home and it’s late. JESSICA (claiming to be the GM) was hateful from the first word… no mention of how to satisfy me due to having already paid—offered something free NOW only (huh? I literally just bought dinner, I do not want free food now, I would like what I paid for)- just, I can offer a free one next time. I tried to explain that would not be free since I was holding the receipt but no food—- JESSICA quickly said, I don’t think there is anything I can do for you,, then Ma’am. She also got VERY hateful and told me she did not have a boss and there was no one else I could call or speak to about this or even to report JESSICA’s unprofessional “management” and behavior. Funny… but GM does not equal owner —- I will be speaking to someone above the GM to determine if this is the management style they promote…DO NOT EAT HERE.
