I ordered ahead for 7:00 pm, pizza arrived at 6:40 pm. Delivery driver was a little awkward and seemed nervous but that’s okay lol. Food was good, I always order extra sauce on my pizza and they did a good job portioning it.

We frequently order pizza and pasta from this location and we’re never disappointed. All of our drivers have been courteous and quick, but John is always a cut above. He’s friendly, personable and efficient. We spoke with Nichole today (management) and she was a breath of fresh air as well.
We’re new to surprise and used to order from an unreliable location in the heart phoenix.

The pizza itself is underwhelming, far too much sauce and too few toppings. The dough seemed a bit undercooked. The sauce has a distinct flavor that leaves an interesting aftertaste in your mouth, and that’s not a good taste.
Pizza was done quickly, pickup was easy, store was clean and staff was pleasant.

Poor customer service given by manager. I will not be ordering from dominos again after being told my order wasnt mine when it indeed was. The manager just never took my name down when I called and gave me attitude when I told her I did indeed place an order.

This seems to be a franchise location from what I can tell because the quality of food here is very inconsistent it’s right by my home so it’s a quick meal but I can’t justify spending more money here I spoke to the head person once here but she was very rude and frustrating to talk to safe to say after the last visit I will not be returning here again!

Every time we order pizza from this location, the quality is consistently good. However, there are technical issues with coupons and order totals that customer service cannot assist with, which is quite frustrating. Given that it’s a chain, customers should be able to receive support for an $8 item.
When these issues arise, the manager consistently states, “I don’t have any power to do anything.” While it’s understandable this is a franchise, I’ve incurred out-of-pocket costs on two separate occasions due to the lack of customer support. If customer service cannot resolve basic issues, these positions are essentially redundant, and the location might as well operate as a takeout-only establishment. Additionally, if customer service is limited in handling issues, a tipping option seems unnecessary. In any other setting, a manager would typically be empowered to resolve minor issues, yet here, that capability seems absent.

It was a last minute “let’s get pizza” ordeal so I stopped by this location. The two lovely ladies greeted me with smiles and a welcome. I appreciate great customer service ! So thank you to them! I placed an order for two medium thin crusts and forgot that it’s cheaper to order online so they were very patient and understanding, allowed me to place the order online and they continued to make the pizza so it would be ready. I have to praise them for making two delicious pizzas that had the perfect amount of toppings. I requested that one of the pizzas had light cheese and indeed it was light and the mushrooms were sooo good. I will be going to this location from now on because it’s not only clean ! But they are so kind and friendly , they make great pizzas! Welcome to the new employee form Washington, she was so sweet and the other person on her shift who was also wonderful .
