This location sucks and when you try to talk to them civilly they get aggressive and hang up on you. I’ll take my money elsewhere since it’s hard for them to understand what topping go where and also how to properly prepare wings. Maybe if the employees weren’t busy playing and on their phones the food would be accurate.

Now I know why they are having the $9 any topping meal because they aren’t actually putting any toppings on the pizzas. Literally five mushrooms and three pineapple are u kidding???! And super greasy. Also ordered extra cheese one size had none on half of it. This is continuous at this location bad pizza and could care less about their customers

My chicken sandwich was cold and there was barely any chicken in it. Additionally the sandwich was cut very uneven (I planned to share it so I ended up having to cut it up more myself). The cheesy bread was smaller then normal and there was a lot of crust that was lacking cheese. The pizza was jalapeño and pineapple but several slices had 1 or no jalapeños. The lava cakes were decent, not their usual hot but warm enough to be okay. I didn’t snag a picture of the lava cake because we were already super annoyed with the visit and quality. I did get a 2 liter sprite and while overpriced at least that was well carbonated and tasted fine.

I was in the area after a Doctor’s appointment off Bell Road. I wanted to take some food back home to Arlington, AZ so I got directions to this Dominos Pizza place that was literally just across the street from my doctor’s office. I came inside this Domino’s to order a XL Hawaiian Pizza to go.
Got the order in right away. No line ahead of me, which was good.
It only took about 15 minutes to get my pizza. The gentleman who waited on me was very nice and gave me a 20% discount for my pizza when I showed him my AARP card. 5 stars! I’d give 10 stars if I could.

The last 4 times I have gotten a pizza here I order NY style and the last 4 times it has been original crust. Other then that everything else is good just wish I can get what I order

1st item, I ordered a thin crust Spinach and Feta and toppings are supposed to be out to the edge on thin crust and there was a half inch ring of burnt crust. I also ordered it pie cut and came square cut. Very skimpy on toppings, especially the added 2 dollars for tomatoes. I’ve had this pizza at a Tempe location and it was phenomenal. I ordered it at this location and it was garbage, twice now.
2nd Item, Pasta Primavera was light. Supposed to be 12 ounces (340 grams) including tin and was only 10 ounces (283 grams). Yeah, I want my money’s worth!
3rd Item, Hand Tossed Pepperoni Pizza. Corn Meal on the bottom was as thick as the crust.

costumer service is so horrible. who ever answers the phone, mumbles and catches an attitude when being asked to repeat what they said because it’s so hard to understand them. each time i’ve ordered at this location my pizzas were either wrong or the pizza is cold ??! like i don’t understand. ridiculous and so unprofessional. never AGAIN.

I’m so sorry to make this and I usually never do but tonight was just ridiculous. So my father is old and has a hard time with orders, so I wrote down exactly what we get. A miscommunication happens (as they do) and the pizza got messed up. So he gets back home and I take a bite and it has the wrong sauce on it. I’m pregnant and I have a really really hard time with tomato sauce right now. I tell my dad I’m going to call them and see if there’s anything we can do about this cause I knew I wrote down everything and was confused about what happened. I explain the situation to the woman on the phone and she explained the miscommunication. Totally understandable but from what she explained I know my dad asked her for something and confused him. So I apologized for not being there with him and asked if there was anything we could do about this. She gets super mad at me on the phone huffing and puffing saying “I guess I could remake the pizza for you.” And continues to be pissed off until the phone call was ended. I apologized about 10 times because I understand it’s annoying but jeeze. I’ve been a server since 2018 and understand people are ridiculous but please be nice it’s a rough world right now. I’m gonna probably have my dad go to a different location from now on cause I’m embarrassed I even had to write this.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I received these Garlic Parmesan Bites BURNT. Been contacting customer setup port for days with no response. Just an open ticket. We obviously didn’t eat these and there is no way in hell the people who put it in the box didn’t notice how burnt they were. They were literally as hard as a rock and were thrown in the trash.
