So we just ordered two pizzas and 2 orders of wings at about 3:15pm. The order came quickly so that’s why I’m giving 5 stars for service. It’s 4:15 right now as I’m writing this review. The pizza was way over cooked and the cheese was hard. We have been getting pizza from Dominos for quite a while and have been genuinely impressed with the pizza, but this experience was not so great! The wings were delicious and fresh, but the pizza wasn’t how we have come to expect! So over all this location didn’t quite meet the expectations and standards we have come to expect from the Dominoes brand.

I would recommend the Dominos at 99th and Grand. Our pizza is always great and we order through the app to earn points for a free pizza and make sure you click on the coupon tab cuz there is always a coupon that fits our order and typically we save between $5-$8.
I especially like the friendly staff….I hate telling a young person to have a nice night and have them blankly stare back at me and say nothing….their staff take the time to say thank you or your welcome or wish you a good day as well. If you know young people then you know how rare that sort of interaction is these days….so good job to the staff of this location!

Love ordering from this location! Was the way my old post started. But now I wouldn’t go to this place if it was my last option. The food came out horrible! I was just using what little points I had to get a free pizza because times are tough. You guys know how it is. So I got carryout. Got my pizza got home and saw this monstrosity! I will never be going to this location ever again. And they wouldn’t even refund my points or anything! They offered me a new pizza but why would I want to get a pizza from here again after this.

I placed an order around 8pm for delivery I chose leave at the door but the delivery guy MJ didn’t leave it he kept ringing the door I opened the door told leave at door as I chose that when I placed the order he started arguing with me and he took the pizza saying I can’t leave it you have to sign as it’s late I told him week ago I ordered at 11pm for delivery and they left it without ringing the door he didn’t stop he kept walking away with the pizza saying we will refund it I was saying my kids are waiting for their pizza he didn’t care I had to take may car and go to store to pick it up I found him there returning the order. Worst delivery service.

This store amended my transaction to overcharge me 7 dollars which I did not authorize, I tipped in cash. I called the store to correct this the next morning, they said they would escalate the matter and I have not heard anything back or received my money.

Quick cook time. Pizza cooked perfectly. Only complaint I have is the cutting of the pizza. Please put forth a little more effort next time. Didn’t have a knife at work so it was a little frustrating trying to pull apart the pizza that was only cut topping deep.
