Honestly ive been going to this place for a long while now and never had any issues until now. I put in an order at 8am and scheduled it to be delivered at or around 10:30am. My instructions were leave it on the porch. Tell me why its not there? Did someone take it? Did they leave it at another door step? Whatever happened I don’t have my order and now im out 32 dollars and no food. The guy on the phone said there is nothing they can do and then hung up the god damn phone on me. So again im left with no food and 32 dollars gone. Thanks dominos I appreciate it so much and i guess ill figure out how to feed my family with the 20 bucks i got left!!!

Don’t expect to have your meal to look like the picture when ordering Pasta…it seemed as the box was lighter and looking at the meal BIG DISAPPOINTMENT, NOT FILLED UP TO THE REAM, better off to have bought a pizza to satisfy the hunger, for what I paid for. A Disappointing Homecoming: Buffalo Chicken Pizza Review

I have a job that takes me all over the world — to beautiful places like Paris, France — where I get to experience some of the finest pizza the earth has to offer. But no matter where I travel, Domino’s has always held a special place in my heart.

There’s something about coming home after a long trip and sinking into my couch with a warm, creamy, flavorful Domino’s pie that just feels like home. That comforting, reliable experience is something I’ve looked forward to time and again.

Unfortunately, my recent experience with the Buffalo Chicken pizza left me disappointed — and, honestly, a bit distraught. Instead of the familiar warmth and balance I’ve come to expect from Domino’s, I felt lost in the inconsistency of this particular pizza.

The buffalo sauce was concentrated awkwardly in the center rather than spread evenly, leaving the edges dry and unappealing while the middle became soggy and overwhelming. The crust was baked too long, turning firmer and tougher than it should be, making each bite feel like work instead of pleasure. And the toppings — especially the chicken — were scarce, leaving whole areas of the pizza tasting bland and incomplete.

When I bit into it, I didn’t feel like I was home. I felt overwhelmed by the unevenness, distracted by the flaws, and let down by the lack of care in the preparation.

Domino’s has always been more than just pizza to me — it’s a piece of home no matter where I’ve been. I hope the team takes this feedback to heart and restores that consistency and comfort I’ve come to count on.

Additionally, while picking up our order, we accidentally entered through the employees-only entrance due to some confusion with the building’s layout. We quickly realized the mistake, but a younger employee—wearing silver aviator sunglasses—handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and courtesy. His calm demeanor, understanding nature, and willingness to assist us went above and beyond what we expected. He truly exemplifies the kind of service that elevates the Domino’s brand, and I believe he is a standout employee who should be recognized—and, frankly, promoted.

Unfortunately, our positive experience was dampened by another staff member who appeared to be the manager. His demeanor was noticeably unwelcoming and dismissive, casting a negative tone over the entire store. His visible frustration and cold attitude stood in stark contrast to the professionalism shown by the younger team member.

While I understand that everyone can have an off day, the difference in their conduct was striking and worth bringing to your attention. I strongly encourage Domino’s to recognize and reward the exemplary employee for his outstanding service, and I hope steps are taken to ensure that customer-facing leadership reflects the same level of respect and hospitality.

My friends and I are from out of town, we were starving from being on the river and decided to pre order pizza at 11:30pm. Dominos said they were still taking orders so we called to place a LARGE PIZZA and Breadsticks. We were waiting outside for our order in our car someone walked in and then locked up and cancelled our order at the very LAST SECOND. This was so upsetting knowing there was not any options open to eat at the hour. Be careful when placing orders here, they will cancel even if you’re at the place.

Can’t get an order right to save their lives 3 times I had to call to inform them my order was wrong. They delivered 3 times with the wrong order. Then refused a refund unless I came into the store. What a joke! Completely incompetent.

We went on a vacation trip on 11/18 we order pizza at around 5 pm we put all the instructions on the app since we were at a resort. My app said the driver left at 6:02 the store. I call the store at around 6:30 MATTEW answer and then I ask about my order he hang the phone it happen 3 times then my husband spoke to him he said he was going to call the driver while waiting he gang to phone again my husband call again for 6 times and he keep on putting him on hold when he finally answered the phone he said the pizza was delivered and it wasn’t then he is like well it was delivered wrong person , do you want a refund or reorder and wait 2 hours. I went to the spot he said the pizza was delivered and the people didn’t had the order he lied to us he could send another pizza for the waiting time and the inconvenience but he decided not to do it. He really sucks at costumer service. My refund hasn’t show on my account.

Dominoes in Parker Az doesn’t answer their phone. Called 6 times in a 15 minute time frame to fix an order that was messed up online and kept getting hung up on. While the phone was ringing, updates on order were coming in. POS customer service at this store.
