Ordered delivery online for a gluten free crust and a normal crust and unfortunately was sent two regular crusts. Caught the error and called to confirm it was wrong. The store quickly took accountability and swiftly remade my order AND delivered it to me free of charge. I will be ordering from them again. Great business! Customer service like that has been lost.

Placed an online order at 7pm. Its a Tuesday night. Here we sit at 8pm with nothing. We called the place to see where our pizza was and some employee just said, we can come pick it up. We ordered delivery. What a joke. We had to leave the house to go pick up the pizzas we ordered, with an added 20% tip, that were nowhere near going to be delivered. If we wanted non fresh, stagnant warm pizza, we would of just picked some up from little cesars. Every other time we have ordered from this location, it’s been delivered within 25 mins. Always hot. This is just unacceptable and the way the employee handled it like, it’s just the way it is, is unprofessional. Its now 8:20 and we have to get our own pizzas. Which will most likely not be hot or fresh at all. Domino’s Buckeye, Please reach out to me to rectify this situation.

I’ve been coming to this Dominos for 8 years now and never had an issue. All the employees will greet you as soon as you walk-in. The place is clean and everyone is actually working. I’ve visited as soon as they open and as late as midnight and the work ethic and great customer service are always the same. Domino’s pizza tracker is always accurate.

Why have CARSIDE DELEVERY if you aren’t willing to do it. After arriving at the location on Miller and notifying them via app and phone call i waiting 20 minutes for my food even after the app said it was done at 2:40 as I’m watching them stand there the whole team cause the place was not busy at all I decided to walk in at 3pm and grab it my self lazy workers lazzzzzzyyyyyy

Johnathan Is the best!!!! I accidentally pushed no cheese on my pizza so I was sad when it arrived and everyone was eating except my son. I called and Johnathan sent a remake with a brownie for my kid. When you can buy Pizza anywhere and most customer service sucks Nowadays this customer service at this domino’s was AMAZING whoever hired him great job! Thanks again for fixing our family’s night we will now only order from Domino’s!!!!

I wanted something different and ordered domino’s, The pizza looked like it was a week old and dry. Couldn’t cut it with a knife. The special boneless wings were so awful spit it out. Typical dominoes. Over priced items, delivery charge and still expect tips and they cant bring napkins when asked. Happens almost every dominoes nation wide and making reviews and comments is useless
