When I ordered, the delivery was estimated 25-40 minutes (which is why we chose to order from this restaurant instead of wait an hour for others) according to the tracker this order was out of the oven in 20 minutes and wasn’t delivered for over an hour! Luckily I checked the delivery and had to remind them of the extra sauce we paid for (yes they checked the receipt I also asked for) and then we still didn’t end up with forks for the pasta. Very disappointing experience. At least the food was decent, but after the long wait and the extra hassle, just didn’t make up for it.

This is how your drivers deliver pizzas!!! This is ridiculous! I’m sure he knew what he did! Both pizzas looked like they were either dropped or he held them like a damn football. They were to the side of the box! He should have been honest and brought us 2 more pizzas!

This pizza took 2 hours to be sent out for delivery. About an hour and a half after my order was placed I attempted to cancel my order by calling the store. No one answered and I was left on hold for 20min before finally giving up. The estimated delivery time was only 35-45min so I don’t understand what issues they were facing. However, answering the phone would have simply resolved my issue rather than sending me a cold pizza that was uncut hours later. Also, the driver called to say it had been delivered to my door before even showing up to my house, so that was a new one for me. 10/10 do not recommend this location for service. If you have to order from here only do carry out or be prepared to be disappointed like never before.

Ordered pizza and wings for my family .
Pizza seems to be ok but the rest of my order was wrong . Called and spoke to a manager who refused to give me his name or even offer me a refund for the cold and dry wings that I didn’t even order. He did offer me another order . Well I have hungry children and would rather not wait .
It wasn’t a really big deal but for the “manager ” to offer me a credit but not his name as he told me he isn’t legally required to give it was crazy and I thought it was kinda rude . Who will I say offer me this credit if they dont give it to me when I go to the store ??? Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. 8pm on 8/12/25
