Good luck getting your order right! I always order online so my order is clear and there’s a record of it, but 9/10 they still manage to get something wrong. At least they offer to compensate the issue with a new pizza or credit, but even then they still can’t get it right lol I guess that’s to be expected when people are overworked and underpaid!

Customer service terrible. Look at your customers when greeting, not away and sound miserable.
Probably should be able to break larger bills when it’s small change being given back.
And for the sakes of health code, wipe down your front counters so us customers don’t have to look at the gnats crawling around. Kind of discouraging to want to give my money to a company after seeing that.

When we got our pizza we were so excited until I went to go take a bite and saw a CLUMP of hair in there. I called the store and they refunded me but I will never be buying a pizza from dominos again. This is absolutely disgusting and has really ruined it for me and my family!

$31 for a large, Xtra cheese 1/2 pineapple pizza. Even verified my order. Insanity; called Barrows Pizza across the street, paid $20. Officially never ordering Domino’s again.

My husband recently placed an order, and when we were eating it, my son found a hair on the pizza. I have been calling them multiple times, and not once did they answer. We’re a frequent customer, and we’re very disappointed and disgusted.

This was an online order and we were extremely disappointed. The online customer service was even more disappointing. Cheese stake was burnt to a crisp. Pizza had little to no sauce. The new dips are not dips. You literally have to scrap a pan to get anything.
