Great food, usually. Like, really good.
But my recent order was cancelled and my rewards points were not returned, which made me grumpy. Why not just delay the order or CALL THE CUSTOMER. They told me to just reorder it an hour later. At the moment I dont have a car, my fridge died and I have hungry kids. Its this or Doordash.
When I reordered it, they sent it immediately, which makes me wonder if they are sending me the now 2 hour old pizza.
Its just… frustrating. I want my points back or somehow for this to be made right. I will edit my review gladly if it is.

Came in to pick up my order last Tuesday. I paid in cash, $50 bucks was supposed to have $20 in change. The cashier purposely counted back by change and only gave back $19 and kept the other dollar in his hand and told me to have a great day..
Tips are not required. I did not tell him to keep the dollar.. I see that as incredibly rude and is technically stealing. I get pizza from this location almost every week but I probably will order my pizza from somewhere else next time.
I work in the tip industry, if you would have given me the whole amount back, I actually would have given more than a dollar. By keeping $1 dollar, you cost yourself $5.

I know that no food ever looks like the picture, but there was zero attempt to even make it somewhat right. I paid for 16 bbq wings not 3 partially sauced and 13 speckled wings.

We don’t come to this location very often anymore because of the bad quality control and this visit was another let down. 2 of the pizzas were cooked alright, one severely undercooked (the stuffed crust). One of the good ones had about half the pizza with no sauce, cheese, or toppings. The bottom of the third was overdone. In the past year we’ve gotten other peoples pizzas, received a pizza with no toppings (even when the box was correct with toppings), and more problems. The inconsistency at this location is mind blowing. What’s going on?!

This is the slowest Dominoes we have ever been to. Most of the time it is faster to order from Springville. Our pizzas has been made wrong at least four times. They might have new staff learning but it’s been months and nothing has changed. (We order early and late at night with not much of a difference.) Friendly staff but they can’t answer any of your questions and refer you to their customer service line at corporate.

The Spanish Fork Dominos didn’t put garlic seasoning on the crust, the bread didn’t taste fresh and soft either. Very disappointing purchase. I recommend going to the Payson Dominos instead, as they have never let me down on quality. Also, one of my boxes was missing the cardboard lip up properly close the box, instead of replacing the box they just blamed it on having to use a new box…

This location and other dominos are the most annoying ordering experience. The app tells you and estimated time, so I drive there. I pull up and it says complete only to go inside and then tell me the app is wrong and it happens all the time. I had to wait 15 min in a noisy, cramped waiting room. Do better Dominos.

Dominos has done a great job at improving their pizzas. This store does a great job. Pizzas are done on time and tastes better than other major chains. Their online app deals are pretty good.

I just wanted to shout out the employees and manager working tonight! I ordered through DoorDash and for some reason my order got lost for like 40 minutes, so I called the store and they made a fresh order and sent it to us to make up for it!

We did an online order, the app said it would be 30 mins to recieve our order. We didnt receive our order until an over an hour later. We had to keep calling the store several times over the hour before they finally picked up my phone to give us the excuse that they were hit with a rush. Even then it took over 30 minutes for the food to be delivered and it was cold. The app said my food was being prepped at 6:16 and we did not recieve it in hand until 7:40.
