If we could give 0 stars we would. Received pizzas and they were burnt along with the garlic bites. (As shown below) my mom called and the manager told her that “looks can be deceiving”. He even hung up on her. Super jerk and would not do anything for her. She called the Spanish fork location and the general manager was more then nice to help her. This should not be the case and I hope the manager gets fired.

I have never personally had a problem here, other than kids messing around in the back and not helping other employees. They always get my pizza right, and it’s pretty much done on time. Unless there is a bunch of kids doing tic toks in the back, then not so much.

It feels like the quality has gone downhill, or is better at other locations. Extended family had Dominos with us and most were not impressed at all. The pizza was bland and one dimensional. It’s a shame because when they do it right, the garlic crust on the pizza is really good!

Didn’t receive the right order, not even anything remotely close, when we called to let them know, they said they would take care of it and hung up without much more confirmation on when to expect it or if they even had the right order on file, and we never heard back or received the correct order. No refund was issued. Total thievery, honestly.

This is the worst Domino’s experience I’ve ever had. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Delivery took 2 hours to arrive and the pizza was burnt, and didn’t even have all the ingredients we ordered. Hoping to get a refund! I’ll never order from them again.

It’s one of the only late night places in Payson. It’s generally clean. They struggle a bit on weekends when they get busy. This last time we ordered online and when we got to the store our pizza status said “quality check”. I watched a pizza come out and the worker struggled to get it out as it was burnt on one side and stuck to the rack. The guy cut off a whole section of crust and I thought they would give the people a free pie or side or something. I got distracted by my wife and didn’t notice that was our pizza. Thanks for the quality guys 🙁

I just wanted to say this Domino’s pizza location is great! I’ve ordered from several different locations and they haven’t made my specialty pizza’s as good as this one. As you can see in the picture this pizza is just straight up BUSSIN! 5/5 for Payson, BUSSIN, NO CAP!
