Usually I have a pretty good experience here. Although, this time it was just plain bad customer service. I ordered my pizza at 6:26, and it said they began prep a couple of minutes later, as per the pizza tracker. It then spent the next 40 Minutes there. I get that, it’s busy sometimes, but when the pizza tracker says it’ll be done in 20, your estimates need to be better.

Ordered pizzas 2 hours ago for delivery. I called after an hour and a half and they said they had a driver walk out (the same story they told me last time this happened) and that it’d be 30 minutes. I called 30 minutes later, still nothing. They said it’d be another 30 minutes to 1 hour, or that I could come pick it up myself. When I went in to pick up, I found out that the pizza had been just sitting out for the entire time. If you can’t deliver, don’t have delivery as an option. We ended up canceling the order and getting food elsewhere. If it was the first time I’d understand, but this is the second time. Unforgivable.

Most god aweful experience. We show up well before closing and there are 2 guys in the building. Phones turned off and waiting at the counter for 30 ish minutes until one of them finally turned around and asked what we needed.

Ordered a Pizza, it got made but stayed there for two hours, I called and they said “their driver had car troubles but my delivery was next in line and would be there soon”. One hour later and still nothing, I went there to pick it up and they told me their delivery drivers car hadn’t been working today. No delivery driver, and they were not only accepting orders but also telling people their delivery would be there soon. They had the audacity to try to charge me MORE FOR PICKUP than the delivery would have been.

Im pretty upset with this Dominos. At first i placed my order online to get the $7.99 pizza and i called And right after to make sure it went through, and she said my pizza wasn’t on there So I had to add the pizza on there and it was a little over $20, specifically asked for Canadian bacon and extra pineapple, when we got the pizza it had red peppers on it. Ive never seen a Hawaiian pizzza liks that. Also paid.extra for dipping sauce with my wings which i didnt receive.
